Our stay was amazing! Host was communicative and friendly. We found nice touches like to-go coffee cups , K-cups for Keurig, regular coffee pot with filters, makeup removal towels, thirsty bath towels, laundry pods, lots of beach supplies ( chairs,umbrellas, shovel etc). Beach was easy to access and pools were nice too. Convenient to restaurants and shops. Loved the nature sanctuary we could walk to and feed the fish, turtles and ducks. Unit is older, but well maintained and updated. Grounds are well maintained and clean. We would stay here again.

Beach access was very nice. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice, and there were plenty of chairs. The property was very clean. We found it close to grocery stores, and restaurants.

The condo was very clean and organized. The host was great and answered questions ASAP. We enjoyed the tropical decor and had an ocean view. The balcony shed was full of beach gear. Chairs, tents, toys, boogie boardswagons Etc. We rented beach gear ahead of time but did not need to. We should have saved that money because the condo has all you need. The beds were comfortable.Kitchen was great with an open view into the living area. The living room furniture was comfortable. We have stayed in this complex 6 times in various units. We highly recommend this condo and would stay there again. Thanks

Wonderful property

We had the best time here. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful morning sunrise view and wonderful pools. Very quiet and close to all the hot spots.

Attractive, convenient property

This condo has everything a vacationer needs. It’s very close to the beach but also to historic St Augustine where a new adventure awaits every day.

The condo was in a great location. The complex is an older complex, very calm, quiet, and a bit dated. Close to everything but far enough from all the hustle and bustle of tourist and traffic. The furniture is a bit dated and not the most comfortable, but it works. Highly suggest taking your own pillows. The view from the balcony is decent, unfortunately it was not the ocean view I am accustomed to, but it was nice to at least see the water and not a pool or courtyard. The beach items (chairs, wagons, boards etc) were a very nice option for the family. It was nice not having to haul our own from North Alabama. The only complaint i have is the condo above 324 was having construction performed and nothing like 7 am hammers while on vacation and later in the day 324 had a very pungent odor from the adhesive they were using for the counters being installed above us. I would definitely stay here again to enjoy the serenity to recharge.

Candy was great to work with! She was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to ensure we were prepared with what we needed to pack for our 15 month-old. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the price.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay in St Augustine. The condo and property were very clean and well cared for. It was a quiet, relaxing place to stay. The beach was beautiful. We traveled into the historic town of St Augustine twice during our stay to enjoy restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Can’t wait to get back!

Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent 7 days here and loved it. The views from the balcony were excellent and since it was the last unit on that side of the building, we only had one neighbor. The condo was clean and roomy. Only 2 min to get to the pool and 3 min to be on the beach.

Wo deeful vacation!

The apartment was super clean! The host thought of everything from the usual to board games and beach equipment! It was a quiet building with 2 great pools and easy access by private walkway to the beach. Only 15 min to the historic downtown. We had a great vacation!

Perfect quiet location for beach and city

This is a great property with private access to the beach. We travelled with three young kids who loved the place, the view, and being able to swim in the pool and ocean. Having kids, cleanliness is a top priority, and this property exceeded our expectations. Plus the host was very responsive to all preliminary questions. Highly recommend for a quiet get away to the ocean with the ability to easily get to downtown St. Augustine on a short drive.

We had a great stay. Candy - the property manager was very easy to work with. The location was good, across from the Winn Dixie on A1A. The view was nice every AM. Living room furniture and master bed were good. We also used the sofa bed - which was fine, although we did have an extra pad. Kitchen was fine. Pools and grounds looked good, although they were too cold during our stay (I never saw anyone in them). Beach access was easy. Decor is a little dated. Bathrooms are small with old tile. Kitchen floor had a chip here and there. The beach gear (chairs etc.), glassware and food storage containers need a refresh. The deck furniture as well.

The Condo with the view!

This was the perfect condo, beautiful view just like the photo . Very home from home , extremely well stocked kitchen , vextra towels even beach towels if needed which we didn’t require. The owner is available at all times to answer any queries and has great restaurant recommendations. Situated right on the beach with two wonderful pools. Super well maintained grounds. We would return in a heart beat!!! Very relaxing vacation and not far into St Augustine which is absolutely beautiful !

Wonderful holiday stay December 2024 - January 2025

Had a quiet relaxing stay with the option to visit Old Town St. Augustine which we did. St. Augustine was an easy drive with parking available in pay garages or on side streets. Great ocean view and an easy walk to the beach. Having two bedrooms with two bathrooms was perfect for me and my daughter which afforded us the privacy we wanted. We were impressed by the kitchen and all its conveniences. Staying in this unit was like being at home. Everything you could think of in a home was available down to needle and thread. The unit is very welcoming and comfortable. We opted to extend our stay and will be back again.
