**PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: A pet fee of $148.00 will be requested once booking has been confirmed and it covers up to 4 pets for the entire stay - Prior to reserving the property, please communicate that you will be bringing a pet(s) for approval. We request guests with pets to bring pet blankets for your pets to use when staying at the home. Any damage found during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest to fix or replace the broken item.
**PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR JACUZZI**

*HEATED POOL: Pool will be heated from November through April. We keep a pool temperature of 80F - Outside of the months of November through April, guests can request to heat the pool for a charge of $250.

*Due to the heating system on the pool, the pool heater will only work at outdoor temperatures of 60 degrees or warmer*.

PUBLIC BOAT RAMP: Located one street to the north on Boating Club Rd. Additionally, another public boat ramp (Usina Boat Ramp), 9 streets to the north.
