Perfect
We would rent again. I will share whatâs to love, and things to consider.Whatâs to love: we had a family reunion with 3 families in from out of town. 5 grandchildren and a friend, and 5 adults. The house was big enough that we all had enough space. The pool was a hit. Fishing off the dock was a new found love for the grandchildren. Two of the grandchildren who live in the area spent the night twice⊠meaning 9 young people and 5 adults. We were not overcrowded. We cooked mostly at home. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. For us the location was perfect with family in Nocatee and Jax Beach. Something important, the back patio facing east for beautiful sunrises. Which means that the back of the house where the pool is doesnât get blasted all day with the sun. The porch area had plenty of shade all day and the evenings you can feel the ocean breezes. Watching the tide come in and out was also very meditative. Things to consider: we had everyone bring an extra bath towel because there wasnât enough. All my granddaughters have long hair and use two towels each time they shower. The hot tub: this only works if the filtering system is turned off. The only one who can do that is the owner. WiFi: there is a small note that says the WiFi is on island time, which is fine if you know that in advance. The internet went down each evening when we wanted to do movie time. We adjusted. It still perfect for ua.
