  • New Years Eve fireworks right out your back door!!!! Fireworks at the pier, you can see them from the back porch!!!!Location, Location! This awesome Beach Front first floor condo at Pier Pt South Condominiums
    is steps away from the Pool & Beach. So easy to walk down to the beach and take a stroll or just relax and listen to the ocean waves or play beach games. No stairs so very easy w/groceries, luggage, etc. Feels very spacious inside & the kitchen is newly remodeled. All new black stainless steel appliances & kitchen is stocked with everything you will need if you feel like cooking. If you don't feel like cooking, not to worry!! There are several restaurants across streets in walking distance that have excellent food and atmosphere & the popular Salt Life Restaurant plays live music nightly. We are right next to the St. Augustine Pier, which has a boardwalk, splash park, bocce ball, beach volley ball, & play ground. Wednesday the Pier has a market with great local vendors & music at the Gazebo in the evening. The St. Amphitheater & Downtown St. Augustine is a quick drive or bike ride!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, right by the beach with just a short walk to the sand and nearby restaurants. The condo was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, beachfront getaway in St. Augustine.

This is a great unit. Very clean, very relaxing furniture, plenty of room for everyone to hang out, and super easy pool and beach access. Pool is big, beach is huge. Very fun!

The unit was in a great location, near lots of great restaurants and closer to the water than most other complexes. A lifeguard stand was directly in front. The unit was well appointed and very comfortable. Great stay!

Our stay was fantastic. The beach is but a few minutes away and the pool is right there. There are tons of restaurants around if you don't want to cook. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

A Perfect accommodation in a perfect location. The unit was well equipped, clean, adjacent to the large pool and steps from the beach. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance, plus pizza carry out and bagels/donuts next door. We enjoyed the patio - coffee every morning and drinks every night.

The condo was the perfect location on St Augustine Beach. The beach and swimming pool are steps away from the back door.The condo was clean, spacious and perfectly comfortable, complete with high end LG appliances.We had excellent communication from our hosts and no problems at all. They even arranged perfect weather for us.We would love to come back.

The host was fantastic! Very communicative and went above and beyond for out stay. The condo was so conformable and the location was perfect! Next to donut shop, pizzaria, the beach and walking distance to a Starbucks. I highly recommended this place!

A fun night out

We stayed at this property so we could go to a nearby concert. We had a great time! The location was perfect and we had no problems whatsoever. Will stay here again.

Had a great experience here for our family of five with kids ranging from 9 to 19. Exactly what we were looking for. Amazing location with ocean and pier views, pool, easy beach access. Condo is very well cared for, super clean, with quality furnishings. Christie was very clear and timely in communications. Will definitely try to return.

St Augustine

A beautiful waterfront property that is well maintained. The owner, Christie was very flexible and allowed me and my family to check in early. She made the check in process so easy. My family and I loved this place!
