Saltwater & Sunsets is about 1 hour from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) and 2 hours from Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Once you’re in Vilano Beach, getting around is easy! Use the 6-person golf cart (extra fees apply) to cruise to nearby restaurants, the beach, or explore the neighborhood. You’ll also find ride-share services, taxis, and local shuttles available for trips into downtown St. Augustine.

AVAILABLE EXTRAS:
- Pool heat $35/night (entire stay).
- Golf cart $125/day (6-seater with built in cooler, bluetooth, camera & touch screen, 24 speakers).
- Early Check in or Late Check Out $30/hour, when available


Cancellation Policy (does not apply to Airbnb bookings): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. We recommend you purchase your own traveler's insurance for your protection.

This property has special local compliance requirements. To finalize your booking, we require a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). You may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party company. The optional damage waiver is $39 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

For security and fraud prevention, all reservations are verified through Truvi, our trusted screening provider. This process may include identity verification, guest history checks, and payment validation. By booking, you agree that your details may be securely shared with Truvi for screening in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Bookings that do not pass screening (status: Rejected) will be canceled.

HOUSE RULES:
- Must be at least 25 years old to book, primary renter must be present during stay.
- Guests will be expected to act and treat the property as if it were their own home.
- Being respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors should be considered a top priority.
- Quiet time begins at 10:00pm.
- No vaping or smoking inside. Any evidence of smoking or smell of smoke inside the property will incur a minimum $500 fee.
- Pets are strictly prohibited. A fine of $500 will be assessed if traveling with a pet. Certified service animals are allowed free of charge, but as a courtesy please let us know ahead of time if traveling with one.
- Golf cart rental - If key is lost, there is a $800 fee to replace it (this is the true cost of replacement for specialized keys). Additional fee for any damage incurred to the cart.
