Our little slice of paradise is situated in the heart of St. Augustine Beach. We pride ourselves on our newly renovated unit which is equipped with everything you need for your perfect beach getaway. Located in the Courtyard Villa, you are just steps from the beach! 2 outdoor pools (1 heated in winter), 5 hot tubs, tennis courts, etc as well as complimentary activities are included with your reservation! Historic St. Augustine is less than 7 miles away.

St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort is a large condominium property with many amenities!! This location has everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. Inside our gated community you will find 2 outdoor pools (1 heated in the winter), 5 hot tubs, tennis courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pickle ball, bocce, grill area, direct beach access and 24-hour security.

Do not worry about bringing your beach supplies! The unit is stocked w beach chairs, towels, boogie boards & sand toys for your perfect beach day.

The best part of our unit is being so close to the beach and just seconds from our courtyard jacuzzi & pool.

We offer free wi-fi, cable, and flat screen tv's in every bedroom and the living room. We also offer a brand new washer and a dryer for your convenience. Our kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking/baking ware and dishes you will need if you decide to cook. We also have a coffee maker and a Keurig.

The unit is equipped with 1 Queen bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom & 1 pullout couch in the living room. The unit sleeps 6 comfortably. Our unit is on the 3rd floor.

We provide the following essentials to get you started: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, liquid dish soap, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and k cups, coffee & coffee filters.

Some things to know before you arrive at St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Oceanfront Resort: No pets allowed, No Smoking, No bike riding on the property, no boats, trailers, RVs, campers, motor-homes, vehicles with signage, Electric grills only, quiet time is 11 PM, office is open everyday until 5 PM.

There is a $25 per stay access fee which includes parking, paid directly to the Ocean & Racquet club prior to your arrival. Parking instructions will be provided prior to check in.
