Ocean Reef 104 - New Rental! Ground floor beach condo Pool recently resurfaced!

Welcome to Ocean Reef 104! This updated ground-floor condo in the Ocean Reef Complex offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a screened porch, all just steps from the community pool. The beach is a short stroll away, made even easier with the included beach cart.

Inside, you'll find everything you need for a fantastic vacation. The open-concept layout is great for relaxing or entertaining with family. The spacious kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, makes meal prep a breeze—whether you're whipping up a feast or packing snacks for the beach. A dual brew coffee maker and a full set of dishes and utensils ensure you're ready for any culinary adventure.

The master bedroom includes a luxurious king-size bed and a private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, while the third features two twin beds and a pack 'n play for the kids. The dining room seats eight, perfect for family meals or game nights.

After a fun beach day, kick back on the plush new couch in the living room and watch a movie on the large-screen TV with YouTube TV. Step out onto the screened porch, just steps from the community pool. Heading to the beach? The condo provides a beach cart, chairs, and towels for your convenience. Visitor parking and one reserved spot are also available..

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are several beach chairs, beach cart and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom

* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

I did not give 5 stars b/c towels. They need to be replaced asap, they are old and stained.Other than that it's an excellent place to stay, close to the beach, clean and spacious.

Amenities were poorly maintained. Dust all over the place, grease and stuck on food on the plates and cups. Leaks under the sinks in both bathrooms(that they had a bucket under in the master) Lost power in two of the bedrooms one night, which resulted in us having to find the fuse box to turn it back on. The coffee pot alone was so filthy it took us a half hour to clean it. The floors were dirty to the point it actually stained our socks. The door to the patio didn't lock as well(they had a stick down to jam the door with). The drain in one of the bathrooms was so blocked with hair that it flooded the shower after a minute of having it on. We had to clear the clog oursleves.I'm sure you can tell from my history, I don't ever leave bad reviews but this place was not maintained and was pretty gross. Even the beach chairs that they had for us were dirty.

Great vacation for family at St Augustine beach

the complex is quiet, pool great, the unit #104 was so well stocked with everything you need. We had family nearby and the room was easy to enjoy. Screened porch; and it seems ADA doorways and ease of space. ENjoy the boardwalk on hammock park to the beach, or walk on to F street over to the beach.

Amazing Property

Truly amazing. Clean, quiet, kid friendly. Everything thing we need to feel like we were at home for our 8 day vacation! I traveled with my 2 children and my mother. This property was PERFECT. Close to the beach and had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. Would absolutely book again!

Family vacay

Slightly secluded Condo was tastefully updated with new/trendy furnishings. The screened patio was perfect to come back to after a 15 minute easy walk to the beach and a straight 15 minute drive on A1A to historic St Augustine. Perfect location.

Fun trip with friends

Everything was great about our stay. We loved the location, especially the proximity to the boardwalk and the beach. Also easy drive into downtown St. Augustine. Great restaurants within a mile or 2 of the condo. If I had to find a fault it would be only one hair dryer. we had to shuffle it back and forth between bathrooms. but really not an issue. We loved this placed and will stay again when in the area.

Fantastisch Vakantiehuis

Het huis en de omgeving zijn fantastisch voor een verblijf met een gezin in Florida. Orlando ligt op 2 uur rijden, maar in de nabije omgeving van de woning liggen hele leuke kleine strand plaatjes. St. Augustine is echt een aanrader.

Great Visit For Multigenerational Family

This condo was perfect for my family which included a 16-year-old and my elderly parents. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked with all that we needed to cook at home. We really enjoyed the boardwalk to the beach!
