Oceanfront 3 sovrum fullt möblerad på Crescent Beach Summerhouse 166

Nyligen ombyggda tre sovrum, är två bad lägenhet vid havet en hörn enhet. Lätt in och lätt ut för dig som har svårt att gå. Denna enhet sover 8 personer med en king size-säng i sovrummet, en drottning i det mittersta gäst sovrummet, två tvillingar i det andra gäst sovrummet och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. det finns tre TV-apparater och två DVD-spelare. Kakelgolv överallt. Kolgrill utanför för att underlätta att grilla vid enheten. På Summerhouse har vi 4 temperaturreglerade pooler att välja mellan på fastigheten vilket gör det bekvämt att simma året runt! Det finns också fyra tennisbanor, två racquetballbanor och en picklebollplan. Vi har två grillplatser och två lekplatser för barnen som är bekvämt belägna i vardera änden av fastigheten. Vårt gemensamma område runt poolerna är täckt med välsmakande väl underhållet gräs med en kort promenad till stranden. Vår hyresavdelning har en vänlig personal i frontkontoret och underhåll på plats för att snabbt kunna lösa problem om de skulle uppstå. Vi har ett litet bibliotek och ett gym tillgängligt under normala öppettider för din bekvämlighet.

On our first day there was a dog in the unit above us that barked and barked until the owner came in from the beach to get him.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Summerhouse for about 40 years, on and off, so we have a good platform to rate this unit. It was a lovely unit - except for the mattresses and the living room furniture. The mattresses in two of the bedrooms were unlike anything I have ever seen soft you could not get out of them without help. I think someone put a pillow top on to try to cover up a bad mattress. The living room furniture looks good in the photo, but both the sofa and the loveseat have very little cushioning...on the sofa you can actually feel the hard metal support underneath. This unit would be really good if it were not for these two very important issues. Like it is, the unit was not worth the money we paid for it.

Has to be more organized with some system to let the office know when rentals are available and those people can go ahead and check in. In the past, we have been able to get in earlier and the office staff was very accommodating. Something needs to be changed by next year to make this a smoother process.

The only negative thing was initially when running the water a horrible rotten egg smell filled the whole place up. After the hot water was ran for awhile and time passed, the next day it was just fine. It was a beautiful vacation and we love staying at Summerhouse. This unit had everything we needed and we will stay here again.

Unit 166 was one of the most beautiful and well equipped units we have ever stayed in. We were disappointed that the dishwasher wasn’t working for most of our trip and that it took three days to get it fixed. Especially after being told it hadn't worked properly in eight months. For what we paid we shouldn’t have to worry about doing dishes on vacation. Other than that it was perfect.

Small guest bath to accommodate 2 bedrooms. Removing the shower/toilet room door would help. Queensize bedroom small with furnishings packed in there; no window. Kitchen well equipped. Love the dining area. More area rugs would be nice. Plenty of towels on hand. Beautiful countertops with new appliances. Overall a nice stay.
