Enhet 349 på Summerhouse är en bekväm Ocean-lägenhet med 2 sovrum och 2 badrum. Denna uppdaterade bottenvåningen ger en mycket kort promenad till stranden och poolen från uteplatsens glidande glasdörrar. Platsen för slutenheten ger direkt tillgång från uteplatsen till gångvägen till poolen / stranden. Nya utemöbler med plats för fyra, låter dig umgås på uteplatsen medan barnen (och vuxna) spelar spel i det gemensamma området eller simmar i poolen. Enheten inkluderar plattor i gemensamma utrymmen och badrum och mattor i sovrummen. Vardagsrummet har gott om sittplatser, inklusive en bekväm bäddsoffa för drottning, en 42-tums platt-TV med LED-skärm och en DVD-spelare. Matsalen har ett bord och stolar med plats för 6. Köket har bänkskivor i granit och är välfylld med alla apparater, diskar och redskap du kan behöva. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, platt-TV och en DVD-spelare. Barnen kommer att njuta av det klorfullt inredda andra sovrummet med 2 enkelsängar. The property itself is very nice and such easy access to the beautiful beach. The office and property staff we interacted with were all extremely polite and welcoming and kind. We have already made reservations for next year!

It is well maintained and very comfortable. I especially appreciate the condo being a true flat and also its location at the end of the units.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in this condo several times in the past and it was nice, but it’s getting worn. The kitchen appliances have gotten worn out. The fridge froze our veggies, the dishwasher didn’t wash dishes well at all. Pots are nonstick and all scratched.

The condo grounds are kept up very nicely, along with the pool, which is very conveniently located no matter which condo unit you rent. It is the same for the beach as you are literally just steps away from the ocean. This unit is actually nicer than the pictures show. The unit was very clean when we entered, so kudos to the cleaning crew. There are new couches that are very comfortable. I do have to say, that I found the master king bed VERY hard and when I finally got used to it, it was pretty much time to leave. I would bring an air mattress just in case you are like me and are bed sensitive. My husband had no problems sleeping at all. Also, there was very little dish soap, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and no paper towels. Despite the bed and paper products, I would definitely stay in this condo again, which is a corner unit on the first floor.

Since this is an end unit, it has an extra window which is great for added natural light and seems a little larger than other flats. We love the easy access to both the pool and the beach.
