Oceanview Townhouse Summerhouse 217

  • En vacker utsikt från denna havsutsikt 2 sovrum / 2. 5 badrum stad hem har tillräckligt för att sova sex. Det finns ett badrum bekvämt beläget i nedre våningen. Det är möblerat med en kung i master sviten, två enkelsängar och en bäddsoffa. Det finns två TV: er, två DVD-spelare och en stereo för ditt tittande nöje. Fullt utrustat kök. Enheten har en tvättmaskin / torktumlare och egen internetuppkoppling för att spara din telefon på data. På Summerhouse har vi 4 temperaturreglerade pooler att välja mellan på fastigheten vilket gör det bekvämt att simma året runt! Det finns också fyra tennisbanor, två racquetballbanor och en picklebollplan. Vi har två grillplatser och två lekplatser för barnen som är bekvämt belägna i vardera änden av fastigheten. Vårt gemensamma område runt poolerna är täckt med välsmakande väl underhållet gräs med en kort promenad till stranden. Vår hyresavdelning har en vänlig personal på frontkontoret och underhåll på plats för att snabbt kunna lösa problem om de skulle uppstå. Vi har ett litet bibliotek och ett gym tillgängligt under normala öppettider för din bekvämlighet.

problematic

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this condo had many problems including the freezer, the A/C, the dishwasher which was finally replaced on Friday the day before our departure, the tub faucet assembly which was replaced with another used one, etc.

Beautiful beach, Nice Condo

We choose the condo on how it looks, decorations, colors, comfort. The condo we stayed in (217) couch was not what was advertised. It was a dark blue not the bright, multi color shown in the picture. May sound silly but we walked in and were immediately disappointed. Also the master bedroom was quite warm, air conditioning didn’t quite cool the large, high ceiling room.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been going to Summerhouse over 20 years but #217 was the worst unit ever. The A/C doesn’t cool the upstairs bedrooms and the toilet clogs with every other use. The kitchen is very poorly equipped with no big bowls or pots.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit- location, view and furnishing. One very negative- no hot water the first night due to defective water heater- was 4 pm on second day before plumber could replace the water heater. Should have been checked earlier in the day!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time we stayed upstairs and it was a very nice condo. Beautiful view. One thing is the hide a bed was not clean when opened - had dirty sheets but we washed them and was fine. I think they just forgot to clean that area because if was not open when cleaning company came.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: About the only good thing about this condo was the view - Ocean view on both levels. Condo was a bit dirty; we washed and vacuumed it, but tried to avoid spending much time in it - we rented two for seven of us. Our other rental was great. Anyway, this one was not well maintained; clearly not well cared for, just the minimum of supplies/amenities to keep rented. Walls/moulding need repair; minimal decorations; carpet dirty and stained; cheap/uncomfortable bed, cheapest and minimal linens/towels/dishes/appliances. Not much love put in this one. Wouldn't stay again or recommend even at half the price until updated quite a bit.
