Denna 1200 kvm, 2 sovrum, 2 badrum, fullt möblerad stadsbostad ligger i hjärtat av St. Augustine Beach, bekvämt beläget nära strandens affärer och restauranger och mindre än 6 mil från centrala St. Augustine. Fastigheten har 2 pooler (en är uppvärmd på vintern) och privat strandpromenadstrand.

Enhets första våning har ett privat 1-bilmonterat garage med tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek, komplett badrum, fullt utrustat kök, matplats, ett rymligt vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och en uteplats med bord och stolar.

Enhetens andra våning har de två sovrummen och det andra badrummet. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, massor av garderob, en TV (med kabel) och en privat balkong. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar, en garderob, en TV (för spelsystem, ingen kabel) och ett privat däck.

Alla handdukar och sängkläder är möblerade. Köket är fullt utrustat med porslin, redskap, krukor / stekpannor, brödrost, mixer, Crock Pot och Keurig kaffebryggare. En kolgrill finns också att använda.

Enheten har även WiFi, kabel-TV, en DVD-spelare (i vardagsrummet), spel / pussel, strandstolar och strandleksaker.

Vi tillåter inte rökning eller husdjur.

Mindre än en mil (cirka 2 minuter) från samhället ligger Anastasia Plaza med återförsäljare som Publix, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, kinesisk uthämtning, Sea Oats Cafe och flera andra restauranger och butiker.

Host was very responsive. We knew everything we needed to know before we got there. Once there, they had laminated cards with all the information about the house and even a booklet with every attraction in the area. We are frequent visitors to St. Augustine but it was nice to thumb through for reminders.

This was a great place to stay in St. Augustine Beach! We come down to the area about once a year if we can and are always looking for a good spot that has the beach access and a pool and this one has two! The complex shows a little bit of age but it still does what it needs to and we had no issues and enjoyed it completely! The inside is spacious and has everything you could possibly need, they even had puzzles and bikes! We noticed a few spots that the cleaners missed but we just cleaned them up and it was not an issue. My only concern was the master bed was too firm for us and we were a a little sore in the mornings but I mentioned it to the owners on our way out and they have already said they will be getting a plush topper for it. The owners are excellent communicators. They reached out to us many times to make sure we were good and able to gain access and made everything so easy. Honestly, of all the places we have stayed, the Olsons were the best. They obviously care about their townhouse and the people who are staying there. Thanks again Drew and Felicia! We will see you again next time for sure!

Girls Trip

Three friends and I stayed here for one of our yearly girls' trips. The condo was well kept, supplied with everything we needed, and had great, easy access to the beach and pool. The host was so nice to keep in touch with us to make sure we got there okay and that everything was as it should be. Check in and check out instructions were simple and easy to follow. All of the furnishings are nice and comfortable. We felt safe, and we enjoyed meeting new people at the pool area. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Our group ranges in ages between 71 and 45. This place was perfect for all of us. We didn't experience anything negative during our stay. We will keep this on our list of places to go!

everything you need

Just what we needed for a short and sweet staycation for our family. Unit is perfectly located a few steps from the pool and a short walk to the ocean. Having the garage is such a bonus for storing all your beach toys/gear, definitely a plus from other condos we’ve stayed in. We’ll be back for sure.

Great location, great experience

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Location was great and the overall rental experience was top notch. The owner reached out multiple times to check on us to see if we had any questions on the area and provided us a couple of spots we visited that we loved. Highly highly recommend this property for a stay in st Augustine!

Amazing Vacation

This is our second time at this location and it just can't be beat! Everything you could possibly need is here in this residence including plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, kitchen equipment, games. You get the picture. Drew is the best host I've ever worked with. He had great suggestions for restaurants in the area and was quick to answer any questions we had. We can't wait to come back!

Nothing good to say

(1) The storm door on front door is broken/does not close tightly. For this community, it was a safety/security issue. (2) The downstairs bathroom smells rancid, and the sounds coming from the tank after the toilet is flushes are horrible. (3) There is duct tape on the bottom step which has obviously been there for a while. (4) The first actual stair step leading upstairs is not level and is a fall hazard. (5) There is a styrofoam cup on the top shelf of the refrigerator which says “Please leave in center-back. Catching drip until get fixed.” (6) There is rust on the shelves in the freezer, sludge under the drawers in the refrigerator from aforementioned drip, and the refrigerator was not cleaned prior to our arrival. (7) In the upstairs bathroom, the bathroom door is coming apart at the bottom, and there is a rubber door stopper to keep the door from closing on its own. (8) There were long black/brunette hairs everywhere, including in the upstairs bathroom as well as all over the floor of the bedroom with the king sized bed, which we cleaned up. (9) There are broken horizontal blinds in both bedrooms and in the living room. (10) The patio furniture is so rusted, a few of the chairs are too dangerous to sit in. The assumption is obviously that renters are going to tear the place up, so no repairs/ maintenance/cleaning have been done. I’ve paid less for actual ocean view condos and have had amazing experiences. The complete opposite was the case here. Very disappointing.

Perfect location, nice stay

We have vacationed in St. Augustine as a family for the past 5 years. We tried this property for the first time, and we plan to keep returning. The location is perfect, the community is nice and secure, and the beach is SO close. Highly recommend this unit and beach condo community.

Great Stay

This home was exactly as described. Place was clean and had most of the comforts of home. Very close to beach, kids esp loved the pool! Very close to anything you may need. Owner was VERY responsive and helpful. Great trip!

St. Augustine Beach

This is an excellent property, well located in the area. The owners are very much in touch with you and easily accessible. The listing does not show access to 2 cruiser type bikes which makes getting around even easier. Excellent cable/TV access, AC, pool and of course the beach!
