The open-concept living and dining area is bright and comfortable, with coastal-inspired décor, a large dining table, and a TV with standard cable. A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi make it equally suited for remote workers or longer stays.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook confidently - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps six across three bedrooms with four beds total. An iron, hangers, bed linens, and extra storage keep things organized whether you're here for a weekend or a full season.

Bathroom
Two bathrooms, each with essentials including towels and a hair dryer. One features a bathtub - ideal for unwinding after a beach day.

Outdoor & resort amenities
Your private balcony overlooks the Atlantic - a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks with the sound of the surf below. The building offers community pool access, direct beach access, tennis courts, elevator, and covered parking for two vehicles.

Crescent Beach sits just minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, local dining, shopping, and the Intracoastal Waterway. Spend your days shelling, exploring centuries-old landmarks, or simply doing nothing at all.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
