Njut av sommaren i romantisk St Augustine! Fredag och lördag minskade bara 10% för mÄnaderna juni och juli pÄ detta 1920 Downtown Guesthouse. Helt renoverat Är 2017 ligger detta romantiska första vÄningshuset norr om kung inom bekvÀmt halv miles gÄngavstÄnd frÄn Downtown Historic Sights, butiker och restauranger centrerad pÄ St George Street men bara 3 miles till Vilano Beach eller 5 till St Augustine Beach. Njut av en jÀtte King sovrum med Trundle + drottning bÀddsoffa som lÀtt sover 5 med 1. 5 nya bad och charmig utomhus tÀckt Lanai och Grill. Gör och förfrÄgan och jag kommer att maila dig min nya Walk Through Floor Plan Video. AnvÀnd bara musen för att gÄ igenom hemmet för att se exakt vad du hyr. Jag tror att du verkligen kommer att tycka om det men inte tillgÀngligt Àn pÄ HomeAway.

Det finns ett stort centralt rum med storrummet, kök och matsal allt i ett. En av mina favoritfunktioner Àr de vita marmorgolv i alla rum samt de populÀra vitvÀttade Ship Lap accentvÀggarna.

Detta Àr en lÀder drottning bÀddsoffa för extra sovande och ett bekvÀmt halvbad. Plus en ny stor smart tv med wifi.

Köket Àr ett av ett slag. LÄng historia men kortversion Àr jag rÀddade den frÄn min Tennessee hemstad. För över 50 Är sedan hade min far dessa gjorda av Poplar-trÀ som han bjöd ut ur en gammal grundskola. TrÀden utrotades Àven vid den tiden. Det var ett kÀrleksarbete men de Àr vackra. Hoppas du njuter.

Köket har rostfria vitvaror. Marmor och handgjorda slaktblockrÀknare. Farm Sink och Subway Tile. Och levereras fullt med allt du behöver för att laga en gourmetmat.

Du kan Àta pÄ ett hÀrligt spa glasbord eller utomhus i trÀdgÄrden under en tÀckt Lanai.

Sovrummet Àr jÀtte med en kunglig sÀng och en utrullning enkel trundle för "The Little Ones". Det finns en annan smart TV med enkel Netflix och YouTube-Ätkomst.

Underbara dubbla spa-glasdörrar leder till masterbadet och en stor klÀdkammare med plats för Pack n Play pÄ begÀran.

Allt i badet skiner glas och marmor. Marmor fÄfÀnga med dubbla handfat. Marmor vÀggar och golv. Glasdusch med handhÀftat duschhuvud. Jag vill att du ska njuta av "bortskÀmda" dig sjÀlv

Mina söner favorit Ă€r Nightlight / Fan den blïżœïżœa tooths 'till din telefon sĂ„ att du alltid har din musik. En i halva badet ocksĂ„. Vad kommer de att tĂ€nka pĂ„ nĂ€sta?

DÀrefter leder en frostat vÀggdörr till Secret Garden. Privat. Avkopplande. Det finns en tÀckt Lanai med utomhus bord och grill. BÄde gas eller kol.

Sist men inte minst Àr strandstolarna och handdukarna. St Augustine Beach ligger bara 5 miles bort. Massor av underbara restauranger. Gratis konsert pÄ stranden varje onsdagskvÀll pÄ sommaren + en bondmarknad. Gott om offentlig parkering och toaletter.

En Barndörr (frÄn mitt Tennessee hem) frÄn köket leder till en privat tvÀttstuga.

Everything was great at the property, the host Linda was wonderful at communicating. Parking at the property was very tight. Cute little apartment for our family of 3, we did only stay for 2 nights and we had no issues. I would only recommend bringing your own coffee and bottled water as there was none. Coffee pot yes but no coffee. We will going back and staying again with this host but a different house as we want to be a bit closer to the historic district.

Lovely place in perfect location

This was a beautiful, clean property that had everything we needed! We loved the covered patio off the bedroom for afternoon naps and eating outside. Easy walk to downtown and most attractions. Easy drive to either beach. Our only issue was with having someone staying upstairs for part of our stay. We did not realize this was downstairs unit and we might have someone staying on the second floor. They had several children in their group and did not go to bed until midnight at least either night. Besides that, it was the perfect place for a getaway.

Wonderful and convenient

Exactly as advertised. This place was extremely updated and clean, very roomy, comfortable bed, washer dryer, large refrigerator and had everything we needed. It is very close to historic downtown and Flagler College. Host has very easy directions and lots of information on the property. Loved the thorough suggestions of what to do in St Augustine too! Very helpful and appreciated all around!

Wonderful Experience

Very clean and well appointed house. The location was perfect for exploring St. Augustine for our first time. The home was actually larger than we anticipated. Highly recommend. Property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Nice place, but...

This unit was spacious, well equipped, and the location was great. Everything was easily walkable. St Augustine is a busy city and parking is at a premium. The advertised parking was a carport. However, our small rental car did not fit in the carport area- certainly any SUV would not fit. We had to park along the building in an alley which seemed a little chancy. The owner offered to let us park at another property for part of our stay, but we didn't take advantage of that offer since we didn't know the area and it didn't cover our entire stay. We felt better parking in the public parking garage.

Perfect Getaway

Ths was a perfect spot for my wife and I to spend a couple days in St Augustine. The place is cozy, nicely decorated and clean.It is a short walk to all historic areas and restaurants. Linda is a great host.

Perfect little getaway

We took our dogs for the first time on a trip with us and this place was the perfect size. Very clean and enough room for all of us. Within walking distance to the fort and all the restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. Linda was a great host.

Great little apartment with private outdoor space

The outside of the building didn't look like anything special when we first pulled up, but the interior has style and was more spacious than it appears from outside. We had no issues with appliances or WiFi. It was so convenient having the washer/dryer and kitchen. Couch and large TV were nice for evening relaxation. There were only the two of us, but the extra half bath is a huge bonus. Well stocked with plenty of towels and toilet paper. We found storage for clothing and such to be adequate despite my tendency to over pack. Bedroom is nice and roomy and we LOVED the bed. We are both tall so the large bed gave us both plenty of space, and the bedding and pillows seemed high quality and were very comfortable. I have stayed in St Augustine four times now and I think the location of this unit was the best I have tried. Neighborhood was mostly residential and very quiet, but an easy walk to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and downtown. I also loved the little private garden area on the side to have coffee in the morning or take a break at the end of the day. That space was a big hit with me! The only thing we were not crazy about was the designated parking space was pretty tight, and our vehicle is not large. Host told us there is an another space we could use. I can't comment on that spot since she told us it was fine to use the spaces designated for the upstairs unit that happened to be vacant. Highly recommend! Perfect for couple. Excellent getaway

First time at St. Augustine Florida! Arrived on the 4th and had a blast with my fiancée! Size and layout was perfect for us and our two small dogs!
