âNice hotel, friendly and helpful staff (housekeeping & front desk), not too far from food and other bigger cities. Was disappointed that on the 2nd day, they ran out of food for breakfast with 30 minutes left. There is a Bar & Grill next door that is "coming soon", so that may be nice once it is open for convenient dining.â
âThe first night was great second time today the room toilet overflowed and I had to get a plunger and and they wasn't one and I had to walk all the way to the office to get one and when I got back it was a huge mess!â
âArrived on a Saturday. Very surprised at the lack of heavy traffic on the road way. Staff at the front desk very helpful. Room was large clean , stocked with towels cups coffee machine, just about anything you need. A/C so cold had to turn the temp up. Comfortable bed, lots of light. I would definitely stay here again.â
âThe chief, front desk staff and maids provided great customer service, they were welcoming and polite, also doing the best they can to satisfy customerâs request. The food is cooked and served well. Thank you very much for the services. â
âWe had to disabled room which was fantastic it was very large The show was a roll in shower everything was great I couldn't be happier this is one of the best places I have stayedâ

âRent och frĂ€scht. Skönt att det inte var en heltĂ€ckningsmatta i rummet. Bra tvĂ€ttstuga med mĂ„nga tvĂ€ttmaskiner. Vi hade gĂ€rna förlĂ€ngt vĂ„r vistelse, men hotellet var fullbokat.â
âIt was good but rhey definitley need a pool and would be nice to have a breakfast that didnt break the bank. Smparking and shuttle service was good. â

âSnabb stopover med endast 4 timmars sömn och sen till nĂ€sta flight
Lite smĂ„sjabbigt hotell men man fĂ„r vad man betalar för. I mitt fall skulle jag endast sova nĂ„gra fĂ„ timmar och sedan vidare. Ok med shuttle som bĂ„de hĂ€mtade och skjutsade till flygplatsen som var ca 10 min frĂ„n hotellet â
âIt would be an okay hotel however we were moved 3 times 3 different rooms in one stay because the TV didn't work, the sink was leaking, and the lights didn't work. I did book through Expedia so it was only $43 with tax. They seem to be in the process of remodeling in some areas the room I originally had was very updated. It was a huge inconvenience that we asked for towels and 18 hours later still didn't have any had to go ask the maintenance man again and finally got them. The staff is ok but...

"Super mysigt hotel med frÀscha nya rum. OBS dyr parkering som inte ingÄr (om man har bil).
Vi kollade aldrig in lilla poolen pÄ insidan. Hotellet Àr super nÀra bourbon street och det mesta som Cafe du Monde etc. Vi var nöjda! "

"Great and nice security people.
Bad cleaning 3 out of 4 days (towels looked dirty, half made bed, old plastic cup left on table etc). Tried to tip extra to get better cleaning, but no. When we did not tip, the cleaning was good, so probably we tipped wrong person.
Tried breakfast in the bar, but waiting time was long and the serving was stopped in the kitchen at the same time we got to order.
Interior in public areas are beautiful. Pool area nice, but really cold water. Good location. "

"Okey location, close to Canal street/Bourbon street. Trams and buses outside the hotel.
We recommend Frenchman street much better unless you are 21 and just wanna drink and party.
The food along Canal street is not great and overpriced, like most in tourist areas.
The breakfast at Sonesta hotel was okey, a couple of veggies and it would be better.
The bed was really good!
No pressure in the shower unless you turned it all the way up to the hottest, burning!
No housekeeping unless you stayed at least 7 nights, new towels where available at the front desk.
Laundry room was 4 dollar per machine and wash. "
