“The check in is only between 5-8:30pm. I arrived at 9pm and luckily I called beforehand and the reception lady waited for me. The staff is very friendly. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is big and can allow 3 groups cook at the same time. The surrounding is serene. The river in the front provides natural white noise day and night, good for sleeping. ”

“Lovely B&B. We were extremely pleased with our stay here. We were in a cozy double room with an en-suite. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The couple running the hotel were friendly and exceptionally hospitable. The included full English breakfast is fantastic. Would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here. The value for money is fantastic. It is a perfect location to explore Cornwall!”

“My room was spacious, spotlessly clean and, as an added bonus, came with a coffee machine so no terrible instant coffee in the morning. The food took what was already an excellent stay to another level at both breakfast and dinner with amazing food. The two men running things also strike the perfect balance of friendly, attentive and relaxed to make you feel welcome. When I’m next in the area I’ll definitely be staying again.”

Both bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto outside area. The views are amazing and it is just so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was amazing - THE BEST bacon!! “Lovely spacious property, inside and out. Garden would be lovely at warmer time of year. Well equipped with tv, wifi washing machine, dishwasher etc etc. Property well suited to families or those with dogs. In a quiet location, but ideal for the village, coastal walks, park etc”
