  • Enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath lake home with exceptional views of Alligator Lake. The peaceful setting will draw you in and help you relax from a long day at the theme parks. Alligator Lake is an all sports lake which is wonderful for boating and fishing. Walt Disney World along with the other parks are approximately 40 minutes, 30 miles away. Mebourne and Cocoa Beaches are less than 60 miles and about an hour drive. Fabulous local restaurants along with the common chains are just a short drive away in St. Cloud and Lake Nona. Four local golf courses are all within a 25 minute, 12 mile commute. Whether for a short trip or even a month stay, you will enjoy the proximity of this location and the joys of lakefront living. Don't miss out on a wonderful experience where true relaxation can take place.

Host was a great communicator! The location is stunning on the lake and great for relaxation or some fun on the water. This was the perfect location for our family to celebrate the 4th of July. The house has everything you need and is in a convenient location with lake access and only a short drive to many restaurants and shops.

Great place on the lake

Great place if you want to be on the lake at a great price. A quiet get-away but close to all attractions, etc. Would definitely consider staying here again on our visit to Central Florida.

Such a great house on the lake!!! Had anything we could want, easy access to everything, super responsive owners, and a beautiful dock on a laid back lake!!! Will book again!
