. Dessa snygga ladaomvandlingar sitter i 2½ hektar av ägarna anlagda grunder och är perfekt för att turnera detta historiska län. The Stables (Ref TQA) tillsammans med sin systerfastighet Little Willow (Ref TLM) ligger inbäddat i det frodiga Cornish-landskapet, men bara några minuter från några utmärkta stränder, promenader längs landet, National Trust hus och tr��dgårdar och många andra olika attraktioner som Cornwall har blivit känd för. Bara några minuter från dörren är AOB av Goss Moor, hem till en off road cykelväg och olika vilda djur - cykeluthyrning finns i närheten. Watergate Bay är ett måste se, med över en mil av gyllene sand och fantastisk surf, stranden och klipporna är dramatiska året runt. Besök den fantastiska Camel Valley vingården, som kan nås med cykel längs den lugna Camel Trail som slingrar sig genom landsbygden från närliggande Wadebridge. Camel Estuary ger också den perfekta kajak möjligheten. Edenprojektet, de f��rlorade trädgårdarna i Heligan, Fowey och Roselandhalvön ger den perfekta dagen ute på sydkusten, medan Newquay med sin surfkultur, sju stränder och hem till Jamie Olivers restaurang "Femton" ligger bara några minuter i norr kust. En kort bilresa längs den vackra kustvägen och du kommer till Padstow, hem till många restauranger, inklusive vissa kockar med Michelin-stjärna och många TV-kockar, inklusive Rick Steins gastronomiska imperium. Golf, cykling, surfing och ridning är alla tillgängliga i närheten. Handla 1 mil, pub 2 mil.

YTTERLIGARE INFORMATION Centralvärmeavgift p�� £ 15 per vecka mellan november och mars. Användning av ägare tvättmaskin. En engångs BBQ tillhandahålls. Fastigheten är belägen utanför vägen och det finns parkeringsplatser på marken. Tyvärr inga barn tillåtna inklusive babyar i armarna.
Under augusti Bank Holiday helg håller ägaren en fest i hennes grunder, ca 50 meter från fastigheten.

We will definitely stay there again, there was a well needed welcome pack cream teas coffee and milk that was a lovely touch. And real roses. The bed was excellent had a great night sleep.

    The cottage was pristinely clean and cosy. We probably had the best night sleep there lol. I loved that radiators were large enough to kept the whole place nice & warm as we arrived in December. We loved stocked up fridge with milk, butter, eggs & scones 殺 The little cottage had Christmas decorations too! Thank you so much to the owners  Perhaps, my only gripe was that the fridge was a bit small as we were self catering and dishwasher would be lovely too. Other than that, we had marvelous time in Cornwall and we will sure be back this year. I can't recommend enough this accommodation  Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

    The holiday cottage was beautiful and the owners Penny and Royston made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrive, we had the most amazing starter pack, everything you need when u have had a long journey,we had travelled on motorbikes so a much needed cream tea was appreciated Buster the dog was a lovely member of the family who called round every morning making us throw his ball for ten minutes,would also like to mention on our last evening at 6.30pm my partner noticed he had a nail in his back tyre, not good as we had 400miles to travel in the morning, Royston made a few phone calls to friends and my partner took his motorbike just a few miles down the road and had it repaired, so a big Thankyou to Royston and and the young man from Rapid Tyres.Will definitely be stopping there again .Beautiful cottage . An excellent welcome pack, probably the best we have had in all of the places we have stayed over the years. Penny the owner was very nice and helpful, and was at hand nearby should she be needed. Had most things for a comfortable stay, TV with Sky, video player, and a music centre, which was great as we brought our Christmas CD's with us. The property is tucked away up Country Lanes and you will need a car to visit the local area, but easy driving distance. Our only other comment is that we found the Fridge with the small Icebox a bit small for us. All in all though, a nice place and we would certainly recommend it.

    Excellent little detached property everything we needed for a fantastic break in Cornwall. It's down a quite lane for peaceful nights sleep. Location is great as a base to visit Cornwall as is central with easy access to main roads. A warm and friendly welcome from the owners. We would love to go back to Cornwall and definitely stay here its perfect for us.

    The cottage was the best equipped we have been in.

    The cottage was the best equipped we have been in. The owners were very welcoming and on hand if you required them. A fantastic welcome pack, again the best we have had. Location is ideal as you are pretty much within 45 mins of anywhere in Cornwall. We would certainly look to come back if we were in Cornwall again. Lastly a special mention for Buster the dog, what a character, make sure you put some time aside to play ball with him, he's a star. A great cottage and we had a great holiday.     Stay date 18-25th May 2019. A beautiful purpose built cottage in idyllic surroundings. Very comfortable, perfect base to go exploring. Very friendly hosts, and generous welcome pack. Close enough to A30 which is convenient. Would highly recommend.
