The first day of our stay was great. The home was nice, the views were fabulous, and there was plenty of parking.Unfortunately, on the second day, the A/C stopped working and the house quickly became extremely hot. Everyone in our group was sweaty, uncomfortable, and irritable.I called the number provided, and a maintenance worker came out. He checked the attic, furnace, and thermostat, then determined the issue was with the outside A/C unit and outside his scope of work. He said he would report it.That was the last we heard from anyone.I called, emailed, and texted the property management company multiple times, but no one followed up or offered a solution. We slept terribly that night, and I was especially concerned about my granddaughter, who is prone to seizures. Opening the windows barely helped.The next morning, we checked out at 10 AM and could not wait to get into our cars just to have working A/C again.I reached out again after our stay, hoping to resolve this before posting a review, but more than 24 hours later, I still have not received a response.The property itself was nice, but the lack of urgency, communication, and follow through from management was very disappointing. A major issue like no A/C should have been handled much better.
