The 4,030 sq. ft. luxury home at The Fairways at The Ledges of St. George is an exquisite two-story residence designed for both luxury and practicality. Boasting 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this spacious home provides ample room for groups of all sizes. The furnishings are of the highest quality, featuring upgrades such as flat-screen HDTV's, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with a full-sized double oven, two full-size dishwashers, a large farmhouse sink, a five-burner gas cooktop, and two refrigerators (one in the garage). The open and welcoming floor plan ensures a comfortable living space, and the bedrooms are designed to offer quiet and private retreats.

Outdoor amenities enhance the overall experience, including three outdoor fire features, an outdoor gas grill, and covered patios for both the Main Floor and Walkout Basement. Beautiful property, but property management poor

Our family of 12 loved this property. It is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly want. The rooms were large with lots of natural light. It is a great property. However, I don't believe the property management is doing the owner any favors. It took 24 hours and lots of calls to get them to send someone qualified to fix the non-working air conditioning--this in 110 degree heat. they kept saying, "just wait a few hours" when we told them it was blowing hot air. There are a lot of dust on furniture and cobwebs around the place, this despite paying an extra $250 for "cleaning". The patio furniture had bird poop all over it and obviously had not been cleaned before we arrived. If I were the owner, I would be unhappy that I was paying a management company to provide such poor service to my customers.

Great Place

House is great and has everything. Check-in was simple. Right on the golf course and a short walk to the pool/hot tub and the Ledges Clubhouse. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Lots of room!

Our group of friends totaling 12 people for very comfortably on the house. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for a large group. The kitchen and living are spacious. Great view of the golf course and beyond. Beds were comfortable too!

Family Reunion

We had a small family gathering to kick off the Christmas season. The house was perfect! We had plenty of room and the large kitchen and dining table was the perfect spot for visiting, eating, and playing games. The views were spectacular and gathering around the fire pit at night to stargaze was amazing. We will definitely be going back and would recommend this property to all our friends!

Excellent property

We stayed here to compete in Ironman St George. The home was in a great location to do some tourist activities and also get into St George for dinners and race prep. The home was furnished nicely with everything in very good condition and the management company was responsive and easy to communicate with via texts. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous house for a group

We loved our stay at “Around the World at The Ledges.” The house was spacious and beautifully decorated and has an endless supply of kitchen items. We were a family group of 8, including an infant. The main kitchen/living area was great for all of us to spend time together but the house is so large there was plenty of privacy as well ( and we each had our own bathrooms!). The casita is an added plus. This home is close to the clubhouse for meals, the pool or golf. Highly recommend!
