Family Fun "Campout"

  • We'd love to host your family in our family fun camper located on our one-acre horse property. Come enjoy quiet and simple accommodations in our comfortable on-property camper while you spend the day exploring all the sites and events in Southern Utah.
    Our camper is a 2020 Grand Design 28-foot bunkhouse. It includes one private bedroom with a queen bed, two bunks, a table that converts to a bed, a kitchenette inside/small stovetop outdoor kitchen and one bathroom with shower. Our outdoor space includes a fun outdoor seating area, dining area, and access to our amazing backyard which includes a built-in BBQ, a firepit, and plenty of space and toys for kids to play and run. Parking is included for two vehicles.
    We are located a half a mile away from the Little Valley pickleball courts and ball fields. It is a perfect location when attending events in the Little Valley area. . Our location also provides quick access to hiking and biking trails, several golf courses, Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake state parks, and of course just 60 minutes to Zion National Park, and 2 hours to Lake Powell or the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Even Vegas is only 90 minutes away for an easy day trip.

Fun little trailer for the family.

Great location and comfy bed!

The location was perfect. We could be where we needed to be in downtown St. George in just 10-15 minutes. We enjoyed the glamping and the bed was super comfortable!

Great option for weekend

The camper was a great option for our family. We spent most of the time playing around town but it was a great place to sleep after a day of fun. Clean and quiet neighborhood. Easy communication and check in. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a beautiful time! The location was close enough to get to everything we wanted to see, but still a home-like area in the middle of the city. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Would stay here again!!

Great spot!

My kids and I loved staying at the camper. It was roomy enough for the 3 of us. It would comfortably sleep 4 people. It was clean, had what we needed and was a nice quiet neighborhood.

Very Nice Place to Stay.

The trailer was clean and ready when we arrived. It was a nice neighborhood to stay in. We have been to St. George many times and it so very nice to stay out of the main areas and away from crowds.

Great accommodations

It was the perfect place for my son and I to stay while there for his soccer tournament. The bed was comfortable and we especially loved how warm the bathroom was in the morning. The hosts were very attentive and helpful when we had questions. Plus it was a lot cheaper than every other rental over the busy presidents weekend, so that was a plus! We enjoyed our stay.

Week of Senior Games

This is the second year I’ve stayed in Landon’s RV which I chose as it’s only a mile from the Little Valley pickleball courts. Very comfortable, easy access, no hassle place to recharge after matches.

Convenient, Clean and Fun

I had a great stay at the Family Fun Camp out! The camper was very clean and cozy with all the listed amenities. There was even an outdoor area to enjoy. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. This location is very convenient with easy access to major freeways. I'd stay here again with pleasure!

This is the third year in a row I’ve stayed in Landon’s RV while competing in the Senior Games. The ease of access, quiet neighborhood and proximity to the pickleball facility makes it ideal. I could come back from playing, take a midday nap, or sleep in when there’s a late start. I arrived after midnight (when SWA delayed my bag) and Landon turned the outside lights on for me. Fun place to stay.
Won two silvers and a bronze in 80-84 bracket.

Perfect Stay

This was exactly what we needed. The weather was starting to turn cold, so I was worried about staying in a travel trailer. It was perfect for the four of us. We stayed warm and there were plenty of blankets.

Super clean and fun!

Cute and super clean trailer. My 3 year olds were absolutely stoked on the bunk bed style sleeping areas. Lots of storage for your things and very clear instructions on where everything was. It was super well taken care of and we really enjoyed our stay! It was nice how quiet it was around the area.
