Great place to stay. Just a little disappointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was great! Except they had an air holy table that was advertised but was not there. And the Jacuzzi bath tub was actually disgusting with black things coming out when tuning on. Those were very disappointing but everything else was great.

Nice place

We had such a great time! The house was very comfortable,cozy and we really enjoyed our time there. The kids enjoyed the games! Definitely we will come back we want to try the warm pool. During our stay was raining and was very cold for us. Highly recommend this place!

There was plenty of room to easily accommodate our two family group of 8. It was a bit cool, but that did not deter the swimming, hit tub or pickleball. There were plenty of games in the home for times when it was too cool and windy yo be outside. We have stayed in this location before and will be back again.

Relaxing and Inspiring Long-term Stay at Ledges

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed there for two years in a row, over a month each time. The property is more than adequate with more beds than I can easily count and a full kitchen that allows for a home-like experience. The balcony is large and inviting and a great place to watch the stars. The beds and furniture are comfortable and commodious. Our guests always love the place. My only complaint is the closeness to the pool. I don't particularly like hearing the families out at the pool, which I can do when the sliding door is open, but it never seems to bother our guests, and it all closes down by 10 p.m. I am sure we'll be back.

One fell onto my head as I closed the curtains, then one crawled across my foot while I was in the bathroom a different night. We counted up to 6 spiders we killed while there. Not sure if something can be done about this, but 6 plus spiders is a bit too much. The washing machine might need a deep cleaning. It has a really bad mildew type smell so we didn't use it unfortunately. I also noticed some better dusting could be done as there were some cob webs.Overall, it was so a great place to stay but I would recommend those things above to make it excellently amazing to stay at!

Beautiful, Spacious Space

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ledges. The house has plenty of space and big enough rooms that people could gather together and play games or seperate and have some quiet time too. There was plenty of bedding and towels provided as well. The location is a bit out of St. George proper, which was a pain for us because we were driving back and forth from Washington and St.George for soccer games each day. Obviously, that's on me for not reading through the description well prior to booking. So just be mindful of that before booking. However, we loved walking the various sidewalks and nearby trails, it is a beautiful area! The only complaint I have is that the air hockey table wasn't working and one of the controllers on the video games upstairs wasn't working right either. These fun games were one of the main reasons we booked this home over others, and prior to coming down I had messaged the host specifically to ensure they were all working. They said to their knowledge they were. It was a bit of a bummer for the boys in our group to not have the games to play with. Overall, I would recommend the house. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and quick responses from the host. Thanks!!!

Great location but lacked small details

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here, but there were a few things that made it so we didn't give it a five star. - Lacking soap and cleaning supplies in bathroom and kitchen area. No salt dispenser and low grade seasoning. No extra toilet paper, no dishwasher soap. If we had maxed out the occupancy we would have had to go and buy everything to manage it. - Pool lights only turned on after 8 when the pool got dark around 6. - Security guard watched us like a hawk on the weekend and talked to us several times asking if our kids were ours lol. - The heat kept turning up really high during the night till it woke us up. - Most of the pool toys were poppedWe don't expect a ton but with the amount we spent on the place it was a bit disappointing to have these issues. The home is beautiful, but the attention to detail just wasn't there.

The kids slept in the lower bunks and trundle beds, so it worked out. The kids absolutely loved the arcade games that were in the condo. We will book here again.

Nice stay in Northern St. George

The property was clean, well-kept, and nicely decorated. Communication with the property manager was easy and thorough. The pool was pretty crowded during the day (and the pickleball courts in the evening) but other than that we couldn't have asked for a better place.

Great layout for kids

We stayed here with 9 kids ages 4 and under and were able to spread all the kids out which made for great sleep. The rooms were also very sound proof! The only issue was the house was over decorated with small breakables- definitely not kid friendly in that regard.

5 Star Property

The house was very clean and in great shape. It looks out onto the pool which was very nice to be so close and have a view. The kitchen is very large, there is a nice laundry room, the master bedroom is on the main level, there is a great loft with games upstairs, and the bedrooms upstairs are very nice. There are 2 balconies and a lower patio with a BBQ and table for outside dining. I highly recommend this property. The location is near everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
