Home Away Stay and Play is a private 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, wheelchair accessible home. The main floor is fully accessible. The kitchen has all the cooking essentials to keep your group fed and happy. Each room is comfortable and cozy for a good night’s rest. The back patio is fully enclosed with a BBQ grill and bistro set. This is the perfect place for a gathering, and is your home away from home!

Main Floor:
- Master Bedroom (King) with en suite bathroom and closet. The bathroom has a shower and tub, each with a removable shower head and wheelchair accessible.
- Large Sitting Area w/ large Smart TV (with Roku, DVD player), and electric fireplace.
- Large, open Kitchen seats 4 at the counter. Fully Stocked cupboards include a crockpot griddle, blender, and electric tea kettle. Dining Table accommodates 6.
- Laundry Closet, w/ stacked front loading washer/dryer is stocked w/ laundry pods

Upstairs:
- 2nd sitting area with a large couch, and smart TV with DVD player
- Bedroom 2 (King), w/ smart TV (with Roku)
- Bedroom 3 (4 Twins) has 2 Twin Trundle beds
- Hallway bathroom with shower/tub combo

Fully Enclosed Back Patio has BBQ Grill and Bistro Seating

Guest Access Guests will have total privacy and 24-hour check-in with the smart lock. Garage door opener for guest use. There are no shared spaces in the home, and all in-home amenities are available for use.

Onsite Parking: 1 space available inside the garage, 1 space available on the driveway. Overflow parking is allowable in the designated parking areas.

You will have access to the entire home during your stay. You will also have access to the Coral Ridge Clubhouse which is located just a short walk from the property. At the clubhouse, you will find two pools as well as two hot tubs. The community pools are heated year-round to 87 degrees, and hot tubs are heated to 102 degrees, You will also have access to the clubhouse gym and game rooms.

If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $100 per pet will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation.
A signed lease agreement and a pre-authorization hold is required.
