This was a great rental for our trip. Check in process was so smooth and easy and condo was was exactly what we expected - clean, orderly and well equipped. We really only did breakfasts during our stay, but the kitchen had everything you'd need for full meal prep. You do want to factor in spices in your grocery shopping as they had salt & pepper but I didn't find anything else (no sugar for coffee). We did not use the pool while there even though we had access. Overall, really enjoyed our stay... views were incredible, good access to St George and surroundings while still being a nice and quiet location. Will certainly look forward to getting back into this place on my next visit.

We went to the clubhouse and used the hot tub. There was only one hot tub working. But it was nice and warm. (Hot) In the condo, there are definitely things that need attention with some repairs, but it did not detour us from enjoying the stay. The faucets definitely need attention immediately. In the tub, the kitchen sink, the bathrooms, they leak and are hard to use. The toilet seat was broken on one side.

Just Okay

This unit is in dire need of an update but it served its purpose. When we arrived we found food (red sauce) and crumbs on the floor below the breakfast bar and some hair (not ours) in the bathroom. Someone, maybe the cleaning crew completely shut off the thermostat/ventilation system before we arrived and upon arrival it was hot, muggy and stagnant. My husband, an engineer tried turning the thermostat on and couldn't figure it out. We googled and u-tubed and while we found instructions we could not get the thermostat to function. At 6:15 p.m. I tried calling someone but they close a 6:00 p.m. I left a message. 3 hours later I and my husband tried calling again. While it cooled off it was still warm and uncomfortable. This was fixed the next morning but I didn't appreciate not getting a response. Our communications before this were prompt and professional but as mentioned, when I really needed a response I didn't get one. The resort itself is nice but I am not sure that I would stay there again.

Smells horrible!!! Like a huge wet dog had a litter of puppies

I originally booked a different condo. They apparently listed that condo for sale so they offered to switch me into a different condo that was similar. No big deal. We arrived and immediately our group of 2 dads and sons on a baseball trip were blown away at how terrible it smelled. We arrived at midnight and the carpets were still soaking wet from being cleaned. It smelled like a wet dog. My buddy slept in the first room and his entire bag smelled horrible from being on the ground. I texted the manager and they said it was because the building was 30 years old and it had been raining. Didn’t offer any air fresheners or anything. We gave it 2 days to air out and it improved a little but never went away. We finally ended up cutting our losses for the last night as we couldn’t take the smell anymore. I’m pretty low maintenance and my wife always complains about places we stay that I’m ok with but this one was bad for even me. This should not be rented until they get new carpet and don’t keep a dog in there anymore. Also should not clean carpets and have them wet for when the guests arrive. Extremely disappointed in everything about this stay and will never stay here again. I have stayed at las palmas several times in the past but this will be the last.
