This place was amazing. To start off the host was very friendly and responsive to the few questions we had. Neighborhood was exceptionally well kept and surrounded by beautiful red mountains. The home was immaculate. Very clean ! Plenty of supplies, dishes, sandwich bags, etc. Can’t say enough about it. Definitely will be back and highly recommend to anyone who will be staying in the area.

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home!

We loved our stay! We love the location of the ledges and this property is a single home which gives you more privacy. It's away from busy streets so it's quiet. The floor plan is super open and is spacious, new and clean!

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked; we didn’t find one item not readily available. It was also very comfortable. All beds, couches, amenities, lighting were exceptional! Access was easy and the property management was easy to access and incredibly helpful.

Lovely accomodations

The Ledges are located near Snow Canyon State Park which is a gem. There are several hiking trails and it is a very interesting park geologically. The community pickleball courts are a short walk from the house and very nice. There are also pickleball courts in the pool complex but we did not use those. It was a bit chilly when we were there and rainy, which is unusual for St. George. The house is extremely comfortable with lots of space for people to spread out or gather, so even the rainy days were enjoyable. The bedding was very comfortable as well. The kitchen had all the gadgets we needed, including a stand up mixer. The garage is very spacious. The laundry room is also well equipped and has a great washer/dryer. Overall a very comfortable stay. We contacted the property manager with questions a couple of times and they were responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

Incredible St George

Our group had some motorized bikes and this location was perfect to jump on the bike and explore the awesomeness that is St George. Red rocks, canyons, bike trails all nearby. The neighborhood is beautiful also. They were doing a lot of construction where we were. The pool was a little cool but felt great when the temps climbed. The ones that golfed in our party said the golf course was in really good shape and they gave a sizable discount. It wasn’t crowded either.

Great home near the golf course

I really loved the place. It's brand-spanking new with gorgeous views of the mountains. The one issue was that there was construction going on for much of the 10 days right next to us which made for an earth-shaking and loud stay. In the absence of that, I would have given the stay 5 stars.
