Inside, you can enjoy luxury bedrooms and bathrooms, a theater room (complete with a PS5), game tables, arcade games, a spacious kitchen, comfortable sectionals, and more!
Outside, you can soak in the sun on the lounge chairs or curl up by the outdoor fireplace, jump in the private pool and hot tub, enjoy the outdoor dining, and run right out the backyard gate onto the sand of the 2.5 acre lagoon! This beautiful home was designed with people of all ages in mind. There is first-floor living for those who don’t enjoy stairs, and plenty of baby and toddler amenities for the little ones! Enjoy the best of Southern Utah and the stunning views of the Desert Color Lagoon from Modern Lagoon.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Rooftop yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies—where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or lagoon—are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
Additionally, while staying in this property as a Red Rock Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, ATV rentals, Cafe Sabor, Bike Rentals, and more! We can additionally offer concierge services regarding booking golf tee times, hiring private chefs, or scheduling an in-house massage.
