Cozy 1-Bedroom Casita w/ Pool and Yard

You'll be delighted to stay in our lovely home on your next trip to St George! This REMODELED 1-bedroom, 1-bath casita is the ideal launching point to discover incredible scenery and top-notch activities at places like Sand Hollow State Park, Tuacahn Amphitheater, or Zions National Park. Go out and enjoy your day, then return home to relax in the hot tub, dip in the pool, prepare a delicious home-cooked meal, or take a view of the St George golf course. You'll have it all!

Our casita is the only guest quarters in our home, so you will enjoy total privacy with us (elderly couple and sometimes visiting grandchildren). We retired as a college professor, and RN to St. George several years ago and are happy to share our separate entrance casita in our beautiful home with guests. We enjoy visiting with our guests, or you can enjoy your privacy.

You are welcome to use the many inviting amenities in our yard. You can BBQ on the patio, take a swim in our private pool or hot tub, roast s'mores on the fire pit, or play games in the spacious backyard. You can also play golf, or just enjoy the great view of the St George golf course adjacent to our backyard!

There may be occasions when our grandchildren come to visit and they may be swimming in our 30,000 gal 20x40' private pool or enjoying dinner on our separate back deck, one level above your casita patio.

In your private space, you’ll find beautiful NEW LPV flooring throughout the kitchen, dining, and living areas. A fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances and Keurig mini coffee machine offers flexibility in your meal preparation.
*The LIVING ROOM has a pullout sofa bed, bedding, and TV.
*The BEDROOM has BRAND NEW, plush carpet and is decorated beautifully. It includes a queen bed and a desk for office work. (We have 2 twin floor mattresses or cots and bedding available upon request if you are bringing more than 4 guests).
*The BATHROOM has a full tub with a shower and is stocked with the essentials including towels, shampoo, body wash, and a blow dryer, with a washer and dryer in the closet.

Within a few hundred yards you will find access to the St. George trail system for walking, biking, or jogging. There are multiple parks along the extensive trail system, along with picnic areas, pickleball courts, playgrounds, and beautiful grassy areas to enjoy. Nearby, there is access to a few fast-food places, coffee shops, C-store, etc.

For your safety, our pool and spa are fenced, with no lifeguard on duty. A locked gate accessible with a key provided at check-in with adult supervision. When guests are not using the pool area, the gate must remain locked, and the key secured. We ABSOLUTELY require adult supervision 100% of the time when guests have access inside the pool fence. We have a few life jackets available for your non-swimmers. You will have access to the pool until 10:00 pm, with extended super-quiet whisper voices use of the spa for wonderful star gazing summer and winter. At all times, we ask for quiet (as quiet as children and teens can be in our residential neighborhood and no loud parties any time. Sorry, no smoking anytime on our property, and no alcoholic containers, or beverages in the pool, or yard areas. Yes, we love you and want you to be happy and SAFE.
