With many National and State Parks, a resort style pool and waterpark, golf courses nearby, and a private hot tub; you will never have a dull moment! Come unwind and catch an extravagant sunrise at Sun-Rise!

Sun-Rise is a modern 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath home that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. You will be embraced in warmth and comfort as soon as you walk through the front door. Morning's will quickly become your favorite time of day, as you sip a hot coffee on your private balcony, while the sun rises over snow canyon. Spend your days adventuring through the desert mountains or swimming at the resort style pool and waterpark at Paradise Village. The expansive, fully equipped kitchen, grill, and indoor/outdoor seating make hosting friends and family a breeze! Take a walk along one of the many walk/bike baths right out your front door for a nice sunset stroll. After a long day in the sun, wind down in your own private hot tub, under the starry desert sky. Whether you are out exploring or lounging poolside; you are sure to have extravagant views, timeless memories, and comfort while staying at Sun-Rise!

We had a great stay! The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the main pool, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day. The private hot tub was a huge highlight and perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The main living area was spacious and comfortable, great for hanging out together, and the Wii U added a fun bonus for gaming and downtime. We also loved that we had two grocery stores just a short drive away.

This is a really nice place and a great neighborhood. Amazing pools, our only frustration is we tried to reach out to the management to see if we could check in early but never heard back even though we tried them a couple different times. In fairness, it was New Year’s Day so maybe they didn’t have enough staff.

St George Tuacahn family vaca 2023

It was a great location! we loved all the pools! The house was super nice. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Kept us cool from the heat as well. Kids also enjoyed pickelball.

Lots of fun in the Sun!

Very well maintained home with all the amenities for home away from home. The home was clean upon arrival but there were 4 cockroaches that made appearances while we were there. Other than that the home was impeccably clean. The only reason I didnt give the stay a 5 star rating was that the cleaners showed up before checkout time and informed us it was checkout time. Also we went to the kids pool the day of our departure but they didnt start the pumps on the slides until after 10 AM even though it was clearly posted that the pool opened at 9 AM. I would stay here again but management needs to address the cockroach, pool and cleaning service problems.

Gummie Nerd Clusters and Cockroach

The kitchen floor and family room floor had chips and gold fish crackers still on them. There is no way the kitchen floor had been mopped recently. We obeyed the house rule of no shoes, so that resulted in black feet. One of the beds looked like it had been professionally made by the cleaning crew, so figured it had clean sheets. The next morning I discovered a handful of gummie nerd clusters in the bed. Not fun realizing you slept in a strangers dirty sheets. The property management company did send someone over to change the sheets, and the people left their plastic water bottles. The second night a cockroach was found in a bag. Property management was contacted and we were told they do spray but they do sneak in. I wouldn't mind a spider sneaking in, but a cockroach? It was probably from the chips, goldfish crackers and gummie nerd clusters. Can't figure out why I was charged a cleaning fee since it clearly wasn't cleaned.

Best chill vacation

This was perfect for our week getaway to just chill and relax. We love Paradise Village and love to stay here anytime we go to St George. This particular rental was in the perfect spot to get to both pools, to walk the path/bike trail at the nearby park and to pickle ball courts. We love the lazy River, my teens and adult children really enjoyed it! I do wish the fitness center at paradise village was in better repair, but the condo we stayed in was great! The kitchen is well stocked and they even had some pool toys we could use. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

Very Nice

Very nice... be careful

Very nice clean, comfortable place; close to hiking/biking trails... about 15 minutes to restaurants and stores in St. George. While unloading our cars, a thief entered the garage and stole my new mountain bike. There were loads of people arriving for the holiday weekend, so a crime of opportunity. Other than that bummer, we enjoyed our stay.

Good property management

Nice home. Well stocked. Comfortable. Internet went down but property management and owners got involved and were great to deal with. Got it back up ASAP. Nice hot tub. Enjoyed our stay. Hats off to the owners of this property who have your best interest in mind. Pools can be busy at times but you make the most of it. Good location to sightseeing.

Such a fun place to stay!

We loved everything about this unit. The pools were close by. There was plenty of room for our babies and the hot tub was a lot of fun as well. I'd recommend this unit to anyone.
