    The Space:

    Stay at the newest and nicest complex in St. George right next to the Las Palmas Resort. This townhouse was just finished in August of 2018. Brand new and very luxurious. People are raving about the upstairs den featuring 2 built-in full over full bunk beds (sleep 8 in one room).



    Just out the back patio is the huge pool with a kids water dome, a slide, 2 hot tubs, and a waterfall. Use the bbq and enjoy 5 TVs. Streaming services are available if you log into your personal accounts. Internet is lightning fast--1Gig Fiber Internet from TDS!



    4 bed/3.5 bath. Sleeps 14. Maximum Occupancy 14. Bed Configuration: Master (downstairs)- king, Master (upstairs) - king, Guest - king, and Den - 2 bunk beds (4 fulls). 2 levels, entry is bottom level. 2000 sq feet. Pool view. Built 2018.

I would stay again. It was just what we needed. Except the pool was supposed to be heated and it was cold. Couple of the days the hot tubs weren’t hot either…

They changed the door code even after we communicated our late arrival in advance, twice by email and text. Left us waiting at 4am for new code!Condo not cleaned thoroughly – Stairs dirty, not vacuumed.Items broken in condo – Lamp, toilet paper holders falling out of wall, table in downstairs bedroom wobbled.WiFi spotty at bestPool not cleaned enough for the amount of usersOne hot tub only worked two days the entire week, the other hot tub never worked.Grill not cleaned.Batteries in our TV didn’t work. Needed changed

Great space, beautiful pool. Very spacious for 6 people. We had trouble opening the front door because the instructions hadn't been updated for a new lock. Had to sit outside for awhile while trying to communicate with the property manager. There was also a handle missing from a bathroom door that could get you locked inside the bathroom. Otherwise it was great.

When we first arrived, the door code provided did not work. The host was very responsive and was able to update it and get us in quickly.Upon arrival, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo, specifically the floors and the main floor master bath toilet. The kitchen floor had crumbs, the carpet was very dirty, and there was a hairball and sunflower seed shells on the floor of the main floor bedroom. The toilet looked as though it had not been cleaned in a long time. We also discovered that the pool key was not present in the unit. This was communicated the first night, and I followed up on it the next two days. It was never located- instead we had to wait for someone from a different condo to arrive to the pool and ask them to let us in. This feedback was provided directly to the property manager and they did apologize and let us know they would bring up the cleanliness to the house cleaner, and they were working with the HOA to get a replacement key but it would not be available until after we had checked out. We also did not have soap in one bathroom or conditioner in a separate bathroom- which they did bring by the same day I brought it to their attention. Despite these disappointments, the pool and hot tubs were awesome! And right out the back door of the condo. Our kids had a blast swimming! The beds were also comfortable.
