This 9-bedroom rental offers 7 King master suites, along with 2 bunk rooms for the kids. Between the 2 units, you will have two large, fully equipped kitchens, two private hot tubs, several gathering spaces, smart TVs throughout, and beautiful decor around every corner. These units offer a fun air hockey table and pinball machine, as well as two rooftop decks to enjoy the incredible Southern Utah evenings. These units will truly offer all you need for an incredible stay, but the best part is that you will just be steps away from the incredible lagoon, beaches, pool, pickleball courts, snack shack, and more!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. Best Time Ever - as declared by our children
Lovely side by side units that comfortable slept 25 of us - with generous pantry supplies, dishes, utensils, cookware - everything we could need. The hot tubs were popular - and who could resist watching TV while soaking in the tub (it did take us a bit of trial and error to learn how to use the controls but that may be since none of us own a hot tub of our own.) The owner/managers were so prompt in replying to my concerns - items that needed attention were promptly attended to (it helped for us to attach a picture to the reported situation to make it clearer to understand). Extra towels were provided since we were such a big group - and spent hours and hours and hours at the lagoon, pool, and the Spa when we realized we could use that area, too. One unit had the lovely laundry facility on the first floor, the other unit's was on the 2nd floor - both worked so well. Thank you for supplying adequate soaps - dishwasher, sink, laundry, bathroom supplies. I appreciated the extra supplies since we spent 10 days there. Pickle ball under the lights (when the sun was not beating down) created more memories - we had brought our own paddles and balls so cannot comment on the rental procedure. It took me all 10 days to realize the attendant at the pool would let us in simply with our wrist band - without our pass we had to rely on someone seeing us at the lagoon gate when we arrived after the pass had been used. Printed info would be so helpful to us who do not use digital means

Incredible Resort Property For All Ages!
These townhomes were gorgeous and the resort itself feels like an oasis in the desert. Plenty of room for our party of 30 to relax, play games, and enjoy meals together. The ceilings are extra tall which made it feel even more spacious. It worked out great to have younger families in one townhome (for naps, earlier bedtimes) and the families with teens on the other side. Everyone ooohed and awed over the decor, game rooms, & hot tubs - and then they saw the lagoon! Everyone LOVED the lagoon, teens and toddlers alike, which is no small feat in my experience. We paddle boarded, played in the sand, sun bathed, and played beach volleyball. There’s a lagoon entrance just steps from the townhomes so coming back and forth for meals or to use the bathroom was easy. We lucked out as all of the desert shrubs and trees were in bloom while we were there (early June). We also enjoyed a show at Tuacahn and a day trip to Gunlock Falls. There’s a Walmart 3.5 miles away so it was easy to pick up extra things we needed. The owners were super responsive and great at providingb all the information we needed. This was a fantastic vacation!!

Great place for a big family!
The connected townhomes were spotless, the kitchens were well stocked and decor beautiful! We came with our kids, and grandchildren and loved the spacious bedrooms and connect bathrooms and of course the hot tubs! Thanks for the great trip!
