7 Bedroom - Gulf Front W/ Private Pool - 4 Kings, 9 Twins, 1 pull out

Completely redecorated (2022) charming, ground-level beachfront St. George Island West end home has plenty of space for multiple vacationing families plus room to spare. The open living/dining/kitchen area is spacious and bright, with a wall of windows with stunning views of the Gulf.

The ground floor has 2 king master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bunk room with 4 twins and 1 bunk area with 3 twins.

The ground floor has an additional full bathroom to service the bunk rooms and the king bedroom. Large living room, huge family room, kitchen and a dining room that seats 18 at the table.

The upstairs has a king bed with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom. There is separation between the king room and the twin(s) area.

Large paver patio gulf-side, private boardwalk to the beach, outdoor shower. Ground level offers easy access (no stairs) to the beach, and pool.

Bed Sizes: 4 king, 9 twins and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Outdoors: Covered Entry; Pool: 10x26 (Heated for a fee); Large Propane Grill.

Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

All of our homes come completely stocked with paper products, cleaning products, laundry soap, trash bags, shampoo, body wash, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, baggies, coffee, sugar and a variety of spices. This house comes fully stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, pool and beach toys.

Just bring your luggage and groceries - we've got everything else covered.

AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, tons of cabinet space.

Fur Babies are welcome with extra fee.
Pool can be heated for an extra fee.

Great Beachfront Home

Everything was really nice and as advertised. We had a great time with a large group of people. Also this home is ground level not on stilts, which makes the in and out with kids so much nicer. Also walkable to the lighthouse and park, as well as ice cream and shopping.

Amazing!

I just loved our stay in this home! Walking down to the beach was a dream and don’t sleep on the stars at night at this place! Seriously, get up before sunrise and see the beautiful constellations while listening to the waves roll in! We were so pleased to find a property that had it all- a heated pool, right on the beach, plenty of rooms for a large family, and a fenced in outdoor space to accommodate bringing our furry family member! The host was promptly responsive to all my questions. Check in and out was easy and clear. I hope to stay again!

Perfection at SGI

Wonderful house with plenty of space for two families. Beautiful beachfront location and spacious pool. We appreciated the extras including spices and cooking basics. This is one of the few truly handicapped accessible homes on the island and it was perfect for our son with mobility issues. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.and would definitely book again.

Fantastic!

This house was perfect for our family of 14. Lots of space to hang together or to have some privacy. Beautiful views of the water from living/dining area and outside patio. Plenty to do on island or spend day at beach/pool. We had pretty much everything we needed…house well stocked with supplies, cooking items, beach towels, etc. It was great having two washers/dryers. A second refrigerator would have been a plus for that many people. We had to buy ice multiple times through the week for drinks and coolers. The big table to accommodate all of us eating together was very nice to have. Loved being right on the beach and having our own walkway to it along with the outside shower for getting sand off. All in all, a wonderful vacation place!

Family Spring Break FUN!

We absolutely loved this property! The house is just as described in listing. We had a blast....even on the rainy day we had. Plenty of table room for board games and cards. The pool was perfect! I would totally recommend having it heated if you can. Our pup learned real quick how to get to potty area. The house was stocked with everything you need....and then some! I 100% recommend this gorgeous beach home for rental!

Thanksgiving getaway

Although the weather wasn’t the greatest for the beach, we had a great stay! There were plenty of places for our party of 18 to sleep. We also cooked a big Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was easy to work with. We would go back again.

The location is perfect!

This property is perfect for multiple families with children. And with the lack of stairs for most of the floor plan, it is great for thise with mobility issues. We were so close to the beach, too. Everyone said all week that this was one of their favorite houses we've stayed at and we have been coming since 1986, so weve stayed at a few. There were some minor issues throughout the week but were promptly fixed.
