Sandy Dreaming is located in The Dunes of St. George, a tranquil enclave on the east end of St. George Island. This peaceful neighborhood offers privacy, stunning Gulf views, and close proximity to island attractions.

St. George Island itself is famous for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and laid-back vibe. Visitors enjoy fishing, boating, wildlife watching, and local dining — all within easy reach.

- The pool can be heated in the cooler months for $60/day. Please let us know after booking if you would like to pay for the pool to be heated during your stay.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
-A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.
-Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.
-Please plan to bring beach towels for your stay.
