Designed with modern travelers in mind, the home includes two dedicated workstations with high-speed Wi-Fi—ideal for remote work or school. The open-concept layout features a King bed in the master suite and Queen beds in both guest rooms, ensuring a restful stay for families, couples, or small groups.

Relax outdoors in the spacious living area, stream your favorite shows on smart TVs, or cook up meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Whether you're here to unwind, explore, or work remotely, Above the Tide offers everything you need for your Gulf Coast getaway.

The Space:
This St. George Island beach house offers 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full baths, perfect for families or small groups. Inside, enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, open living space, and smart TVs. Step outside to a private fenced backyard with a swimming pool, covered dining area, lounge seating, and grill. All linens, towels, and a starter supply of essentials are included. You'll receive a private key code for easy self-check-in.

Guests enjoy full access to the entire home, private pool, backyard, and driveway parking. Walk to the beach in just minutes!

The Neighborhood:

It’s a stunning home in a great location! My favorite brand for kitchen appliances is Bosch and they have them there. The kitchen is well-equipped with pans, pots, plates, and silverware. The home is spacious and offered everything we needed. Enjoy parking space for cars and golf cart. Be aware when they say check-in is at 4:00pm, they mean 4:00pm. We arrived a few minutes before 4 and the code didn’t work. I called them and found out that the code was set for 4:00pm and not 3:50pm.

Perfect Getaway!

Above the Tide was the perfect setting for a relaxing, rejuvenating getaway! The home feels brand new—beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and tucked into natural landscaping that offers a wonderful sense of privacy. The online photos truly don’t do it justice!We were pleasantly surprised by the many thoughtful touches, including starter toiletries, essential household items, a fully stocked kitchen with quality cookware and serving dishes, and even a credit toward beach gear rentals. The screened-in porch with its expansive sliding doors quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee, quiet reading, and catching up with friends on the phone.The private pool was a standout feature—spacious, sparkling clean, and surrounded by plenty of comfortable seating and sunbathing areas. The outdoor shower was a convenient bonus after beach time.Check-in was seamless, and the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful when we had a quick question during our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend Above the Tide to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed coastal escape!
