    300 Ocean Mile is a 99-unit beachfront community located on the East End near the entrance to St. George Island State Park. Guests can enjoy 2 large community swimming pools with sun decks, lounge chairs and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach!

    Located in the Island's popular East End neighborhood, Ocean Mile L-13 is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the multi-use path connecting the entire Island, St. George Lighthouse Museum and fishing pier. Just across the bridge are Eastpoint's seafood markets and craft brewery and the eclectic shopping, arts and culinary scene of historic and charming Apalachicola are just 25 minutes by car!

    The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete parking, an outdoor shower, a community grill and is close to the community pool.
