REDFISH Gulf view POOL steps from the beach on E. Gorrie Dr.

  • Property sits just over the dune line road (East Gorrie Drive) from the lovely and quieter EAST END beaches. Great fishing and uncrowded areas for relaxing in the sand. Excellent for small families or couples (Four person maximum) who can enjoy separate private spaces indoors and out. Two master bedrooms with brand new king beds and luxurious pillow top mattresses. This second floor cottage has been recently remodeled and redecorated (photos Feb 2026). Lovely (shared) pool and gorgeous gulf views from large picture windows in the front room as well as the master bedroom. Great star gazing from the uncovered Front Deck. Large furnished screened porch with seating and dining area.
    The swimming pool is shared with two other cottages but the overall properties are each very private and do not get in the way of each other as they all have their own private exclusive outdoor spaces. You will be hard pressed to find a better overall spot for your vacation dollars. Beach wagon, canoopy sun-shade and folding beach chairs on site for guest use. High-speed internet.

Great place to escape yet hustle bustle and enjoy the beauty of the beach and beautiful blue skies.

Loved the convenience and location. The beach was easy to access and we loved having access to the pool as well.

Short getaway

We have been coming to the island for the past 5 years together this by far was our favorite place to stay. Property is close to beach acess. The views from the property are phenomenal.

Perfect beach property! Cross the street and get the full beach relax seasion. The local food establishments are awesome chill locations. BJs Pizza tops that list. I do reccomend if you plan a longer stay, get groceries off the island. Quick response time from the owners if something missing!

Nice accommodations. Beds were comfortable and loved the screen porch. Linens need to be updated and main couch needs to be replaced. Liked having a cart to use to take to the beach

Always a good time

Our third stay at Redfish, love that we across from the beach. Also, thank you for allowing our dog to vacation with us, hope he didn't leave too much fur behind.

Husbands 50th getaway

Older home on the outside but updated and nicely kept on the inside. Location was great easy short walk to the beach. Pool was enjoyable. Quiet relaxing stay. We will be back.

Visited SGI for the Florida Seafood Festival in Apalachicola. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this location and it is excellent. Clean, spacious and convenient to the public beach access. We plan to be back again. The owner was exceptional to deal with.

Good Location

Very close to the beach and near restaureants. Nlce deck with view of Gulf. I like to walk about 4 miles a day so having quick access to the beach is a plus for me.

Relaxed vaca

The home has a fully equipped kitchen just bring food and seasonings. Lots of chairs for the beach. We enjoyed the pool on days that the gulf was too rough also enjoyed the beautiful porch. We had such a relaxing stay.
