An enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning station and park style grill are also offered. A laundry room is located on the ground floor as well. The first floor offers three living areas, two dining tables and the kitchen across a split-level floor plan. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless appliances and granite counters. The dining table is a high-top table that seats 8. A separate, standard height table seats 2. The upper living area features comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. Additional seating areas are found down the split-level staircase, featuring a game table and easy access to the lower screened porch with a table for 6 to enjoy al-fresco dining. The second floor features 4 bedrooms. The bunk room features 4 twin beds, access to the second floor screened porch and a flat screen TV. The king bedroom features a flat screen TV and shares a hall bathroom with the bunkroom. This bathroom features a standard shower/tub combo. The second king suite features a flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with standard shower/tub combo. The master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV, direct access to the covered deck and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and tiled shower. Special consideration has been given to hypoallergenic features such as hardwood floors and dust mite-proof encasings on mattresses and pillows (no down-filled). No pets, please. Owner has severe allergies.
