“Cathy and Don were great hosts! The rooms were clean and Cathy even cooked dinner for the 7 of us after we arrived at 5:30 pm. There are restaurants within a 15-30 minute walk, but it was nice to sit down for a while after enjoying a type “A” vacation for the past 8 days! Pool, air conditioning, hot water and a delicious meal!

“This place is such a hidden gem due to its newness. Love that it is off on the north island so you can enjoy some peace and quiet but having the luxury of the scheduled ferry boat to take you to the South Island is really great. The room is very clean and modern. Also the bar/restaurant staff are incredible and they have some great eats. ”

“Property and staff were lovely. But, the sargassum was so bad due to the location among the mangroves that the rotten smell permeated the whole property including our cabana. I know that’s completely out of the hotel”
