We travel to Grenada as part of our sailing/boating life. With many tasks to undertake while we take our boat out of the water here. It’s a warm place, lots of sun and lots of humidity. Having a place to rest after a long days work and feel comfortable is important. This listing provides that for us. The AC in the bedroom keeps us cool at night. The oversized shower is refreshing, and the location is convenient for everything we want to do. Having a car for this location is certainly a must unless you are a serious hiking person, but that’s not a deal breaker at all. Parking is great, the fenced yard was perfect for our dog, and all the neighbors are joyful and fun. Theirs is also a sweet lady who cleans up and even helped us with our laundry. If you want real Grenada experiences at a great price, don’t hesitate to book this terrific spot.

Misleading description

Views from the terrace were great. Unfortunately the description is not accurate.Walking distances quoted on the site were wildly inaccurate- check google maps. Summit Villa, Jean Anglais. Roads were extremely steep & most people would want a car or taxi to get back to the villa from the beach.Amenities listed were A/C, which in fact was only in the main bedroom (which was very nice). BBQ, which was shared & had to be lit 10feet away from the building. The 2nd bedroom had no storage or even hooks for clothes. It was not the room in the picture on the website. Because it was so hot, you had to have the window open as well as the noisy fan running. There was no mosquito net on the window & we ended up being bitten. We were told it was a junior room - I have googled ‘junior room’ & none the wiser. Cleaner said it wasn’t designed as a bedroom, which is probably why the only light switch is outside the room.There is no washer/dryer in the villa as listed. It is shared & costs 25 US dollars for 48 hours.Having booked for 4 adults, there were only 3 chairs around the kitchen table, 2 chairs on the terrace, no tea towel or beach towels, as listed. Gabriella did organise for a kitchen chair, 1 chair for the terrace & some towels to be delivered.I would say the villa is great for one couple, as long as you are aware of the position of it in relation to the beach

Beautiful views of Grand Anse and walking distance to beach. Nice spacious apartment and well equipped. GPS location is not accurate- follow directions to Bay House.

Host Gabriela was totally unfriendly and cheeky, the worst I have ever seen. The apartment was dirty, the carpet with many spots was not cleaned since months!! The bed was not a really bed, it dips a lot, not acceptable. View

Not what the description says

I've stayed in worse places, but they listed exactly what is was. She charges extra for the laundry room, which wasn't in the description. 2nd bedroom doesn't have an AC unit in it. My mother slept on the rickety couches. Ratty bath towels. 2 fans, one didn't work, the other sparked and blew out the cord. If it wasn't for the view, I would've left one star.

Perfect getway

This property was everything as described. Beautiful clean and the view was amazing. We walked down to the beach but it was a little longer than expected alot of steep hills. Didnt walk back because those hills are really high. But overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality. Its definitely a place we will stay whenever visiting again.

Great Customer Service

This place is cute and nice and quiet. The view from the deck is beautiful! Gabriela is an amazing host. The apartment lost water for some reason. However, within 10 minutes of contacting Gabriela, the water was back on!

The property was everything as described and has a beautiful view of the beach The only disappointment was that it was much farther from the beach for walking. If you do not have a car you will have to take a taxi everywhere as it is not a the public transportation route

Property needs just a little TLC.

Location was satisfactory. Apartment was clean and we felt safe. Property needs some updates, missing and torn screens allowed insects to enter, thus causing some major bug bites. Appliances were in good working order. Communication with Gabriella was excellent with no delay in response. Staff was friendly and prompt.

tolle Unterkunft mit grandioser Aussicht auf die Bucht

Toll ausgestattet Ferienwohnung. Sehr großzügige Räumlichkeiten mit tollen Balkon und Aussicht auf die Bucht von Grand Anse. Sowohl die Stadt, die Haltestelle der Buslinie (unbedingt benutzen, ein Erlebnis) als auch die Bucht einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos und absolut einwandfrei gereinigt. Jederzeit empfehlenswert.

Great stay

We had a very nice stay in Grenada. Gabriela's apartment is just as described. It was spacious, light and bright. Windows are full length of the wall, truly stunning views. It was nice waking up with the sunrise each morning. Balcony is huge and comfortable. Gabriela responds fast to any inquiries or situations.

Pros- fantastic view, good size apartment, owner very responsive... Cons- noisy- loud music, child size furniture with some dining room chairs unstable, apt comes with an iron, but was missing a regular standard iorn board, no hangers, no additional bed sheets - slept on the same sheet for seven days, shower head needs to be hooked up properly, limited towels, kitchen needs a dishwasher, broom and mop to clean up after yourself, to access the washing machine you need to pay $20, if you are not physically fit you will need a car to get you up and down a very steep hill. Finally, this property is not located in Grand Anse, but it is not far away from Grand Anse once you get down the very steep hill..
