I am very sorry that nobody pointed out our more accessible route to the Spa area, this other entrance does still contain some steps, but not as many as the main entrance. I am also sorry that the turn down service was only completed on one evening, I am unable to offer an explanation for this but I will look into this. I am however buoyed that you enjoyed the view from the top floor and that you were looked after well by our team.
