Excellent central location

Excellent place to stay. 25min walk to St.Ives and great central location to other areas. Lovely room and friendly hosts.

The room and bathroom was very clean and tidy, Pat and Stewart were excellent hosts, even though you were in there house you had your own key and entrance so they didn’t bother you. I would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again. Thank you Pat and Stewart

Lovely Guest House

Lovely guest house just up the road from St Ives town. Highly recommend. Couldn’t fault anything. I love St Ives and would definitely stay here again.

What a gem of a place

What a gem of a place great location for every thing couldn’t fault the place Stuart and Pat made you very welcome even though it was there house you had you own entrance and you never see them unless you needed them would definitely stay again.

Spacious room with very comfortable bed, 2 chairs and coffee table, plenty of storage space and lots of extra amenities (fridge, crockery/cutlery, WiFi, TV, Tea, coffee, milk & breakfast cereal - lovely touch). Fantastic bathroom with large shower, underfloor heating and some toiletries. We had our own parking space and use of an outside table and chairs in a lovely decked garden. Pat and Stuart were friendly without being intrusive and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely welcome, made to feel safe and comfortable. The room was very clean and the location was great - walking distance to St.Ives and Carbis Bay beach. It is also a few mins walk to a large Tesco. Highly recommend, if you want a relaxing stay. Good measures put in place to maintain social distancing and cleanliness too.

Comfortable room with large en-suite shower room. Good free WiFi and a fridge in the room. Although no cooked breakfast there was a selection of cereals, milk and tea making supplies. Ideally located for beaches, train and walk into St Ives On site parking. There is a Tesco just around the corner.

We had the most amazing time staying in st. Ives and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Our hosts were really friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect and great place for bikers too! Tucked away the ideal place to stay with a bike we felt it was 100% safe there and didn't worry at all. Thanks for having us we'll definately be back! The guest house is also located near the bus stops into the town and a short walk to the beach too. Would definately recommend. Thanks again!

Well maintained and very comfortable, the owners were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Although breakfast is not offered they provided cereal and fresh milk alongside the usual tea and coffee facilities. A quiet and safe location with on site parking. We used this as a base to explore St Ives and the beach at Carbis Bay. Both are walkable although only if you can manage the slopes but a nearby bus stop offers regular services into town.
