Blue 'est View - Helt ny ... BLUE VIEW VILLA

Blue View är helt ny konstruktion! En klassisk mjuk modern karibisk arkitektur som ligger på en tunn tunnland med fantastisk utsikt från soluppgången över Ram's Head till solnedgången över St. Thomas. Det är en mycket speciell egenskap placerad med största omsorg för att fånga Leeward och Windward vindar med en fri utsikt mot St. Croix 40 miles bort. Hitta den perfekta mängden sol eller skugga du önskar när som helst under dagen. Blue View är en separat villa belägen intill vår viktigaste villa och 6 minuter till Cruz Bay
Var en av våra första gäster att njuta av vårt introduktionserbjudande när vi kompletterar landskapsarkitektur på fastigheten. Blue View är helt ny konstruktion med välvda takbjälkar och vackra traditionella St. John stenverk. Blue View har en total bostadsyta på 920 kvm. Över 600 kvadratmeter inuti och 300 utanför. Öppna nästan 30 fot skjutbara glasdörrar och det totala utrymmet blir som en. Blue View har luftkonditionering, TV, WIFI, nya apparater och en King Size Simmons Beautyrest svart linje madrass. Köket / vardagsrummet har en ny queen-size bäddsoffa utan fjädrar eller barer. Badrummet har ett 10 "regnduschhuvud.

- Vi är vanligtvis tillgängliga för att träffa dig vid färjan och ta dig till din hyrbilsleverantör. Vi väntar på att du får din bil och du kan följa oss till Blue View.

- Vänligen planera att anlända till Blue View senast kl. 20.00. Om du anländer efter 20.00, vänligen kontakta oss i förväg för att ordna.

- Spara el! El på Jungfruöarna är flera gånger dyrare än staten. Tänk på elanvändningen: stäng av alla lampor, fläktar och luftkonditionering när de inte är i Blue View. Din bevarande ger oss möjlighet att erbjuda dig sådana rimliga priser.

- I händelse av strömavbrott har vi en maktreserv som utlöses nästan omedelbart. Om det inte gör det, använd inte vatten (spola toaletten, dusch) förrän strömmen slås på igen..

- Snälla hjälp oss att spara vatten! Alla på St. John får deras vatten från regn samlat från taket i cisterner under huset. Vi ber dig vara försiktig med din vattenanvändning. Vattnet samlas upp från regnvatten och behandlas med ett trippelfiltreringssystem och sedan ultraviolett ljus för maximal rening.

Amazing property and hosts. Tim was very communicative, picked us up at the ferry, took us to the jeep rental and gave us an overview of the island. The property looks exactly like the pictures but better. The views from the patio are spectacular. The location is close enough to Cruz Bay but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Best Views on the Island and a Great Host

My wife and I stayed here for a week, and we absolutely loved the place. The views are phenomenal, and we loved the location with its isolated feel but close proximity to Cruz Bay. We enjoyed the nice breezes that you get being elevated, and the star gazing after coming in from dinner was great. The bed was comfy, and the views from the bed can’t be beat. If it wasn’t for wanting to get out and explore the different parts of the island and countless beaches, we could’ve spent even more time lounging with those views. Tim was the perfect host, from picking us up at the dock to take us to our rental vehicle, to giving recommendations on a variety of things to do and places to eat, to even helping us get cash after we forgot our ATM card and were in a pinch. We look forward to returning, hopefully some day soon.

New Year’s Vacation

Tim and Phyllis were amazing hosts! The villa is better than the pictures and the pictures are pretty great! We could not be happier with our location and the panoramic views we saw daily from sunrise to sunset. Tim met us at the ferry and helped us with our bags and getting to the Jeep rental. We followed him to the villa and over the course of our stay he offered many suggestions and highlights of things to do and see throughout the island. They make you feel like you’re at your home away from home but in paradise. We will be back!!

The property was beautiful, but the views from the bed are on two sides. It was overwhelmingly beautiful waking up and seeing 2 walls of sea each morning. You can hear the sounds of waves crashing below. It was paradise.

Tim is the consummate host! Appreciated his immediate responsiveness to all of our questions pre arrival and during our stay. Took immediate care of replenishing the gas for the grill, met us at the ferry when we arrived, and provided an abundance of suggestions for dinner, beach activities, and overall highlights to enjoy on island. The Villa was beyond our expectations! Sunrise and sunsets viewed daily from the outdoor patio are not to be missed and spectacular. The views are truly amazing as is the quiet privacy. Blue View Villa was a perfect oasis and retreat for this extremely busy couple, but the access to Cruz Bay and the beaches was also incredible. Thank you Tim and Phyllis for creating and sharing this piece of heaven on earth with us!

Amazing Stay in St. John

We just returned from a week on St. John staying at Blue View Villa. It was a great experience all around. As others have stated Tim was extremely helpful, meeting us at the ferry dock and helping us pickup our rental Jeep and getting us to the Villa. Blue View is exactly as described. It was perfect for us, a couple spending a week on the island. The views are incredible, it was clean, and had everything we could have asked for. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future, in fact we are already booked for next year. Thanks Tim for being a great host!

Beautiful Views

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we would we absolutely recommend this villa. It has stunning views and was very clean. Tim was very helpful as it was our first time in St John and he provided recommendations for car rentals, activities, and places to eat. He also took the time to pick us up from the ferry dock and drove us to pick up our jeep. We had an excellent time and will definitely be back!

We LOVED our stay here so much! The house is beautiful had everything we needed. It’s super close to Cruz Bay. Pictures were spot on and the views are even more gorgeous in person. Breathtaking Views!

We spent two weeks in this wonderful villa with breathtaking views. This was our fifth year (9 weeks total) vacationing on St. John and Blue View Villa has the best views we have ever experienced from our accommodations! While the villa is on the smaller side, it is perfect for a couple. The bed was very comfortable and both air conditioners worked well! There are also large ceiling fans in the kitchen/living room and bedroom. It does not have an oven (in case anyone is looking for that) but we would not have used it anyway. We prefer to eat out (Dave & Jerry’s, Lime Inn, La Tapa, Extra Virgin Bistro, The Terrace, Lovango Rum Bar, Northshore Deli, Shambles, Greengos, etc.) We did use the grill twice and Tim quickly brought us tongs when we requested them, as they live in the house connected to the villa by a long patio. (There is a door the separates the patio connection.) Tim and Phyllis were wonderful hosts! The villa is very close to Cruz Bay (as mentioned in the listing) but you still need a Jeep (or 4WD) to get around the island. Overall, a fabulous place to stay on St. John! Thank you again!

Best Honeymoon Imaginable

Tim and Phyllis really know how to make their guests feel welcomed. As soon as we booked, they reached out and gave us their best recommendations on restaurants, beaches, things to do, etc. Tim picked us up from the ferry at St. John and took us to our rental car company and then to the VRBO, which was above and beyond what we expected. When we got to the unit, it was absolutely pristine with the best view one could ever imagine! Their place is truly paradise! It didn’t end there. Tim continued to stay in touch to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible and we were happy with every aspect. We reached out to him several times throughout the trip to ask questions on things to do, places to go, what type of boat to rent, etc. He was very responsive and gave great advice on how to make the most of our trip. Booking this place pretty much comes with your own personal travel advisor from a St. John local. He even wished me a happy Father’s Day during our stay and sent us a very nice farewell text upon our departure. If we could give it a 20 out of 10, we would. Definitely coming back here - and only here - the next time we visit. It felt like a home away from home in paradise.
