  • Rendezvous är en privat uthyrning hem ligger på den södra stranden av St. John 5 minuter från Cruz Bay. Den grönskande anlagda Fastigheten består av tre separata enheter som kan hyras enskilt eller i kombination för större grupper, beroende på dina specifika behov, 2-10 personer. Varje lägenhet har egen ingång och parkering, och är privat från de två andra enheter. Rendezvous har en gemensam pool för att njuta av alla gäster. RENDEZVOUS VILLA VRBO # 35820 är översta våningen två sovrum två badrum med ett stort täckt utomhus galleri med otrolig solnedgång utsikt över St. Thomas. Inuti har en öppen planlösning med högt i tak, lokala ursprungliga konstverk och moderna kök. Båda sovrummen är luftkonditionerade med privat bad. RENDEZVOUS TERRACE HOMEAWAY # 4266319 har också två sovrum och två vackra moderna bad och ligger nedanför Villa bara några steg från poolen. Båda sovrummen har havsutsikt och individuellt kontrollerad luftkonditionering. Det stora rummet har också A / C och ett öppet kök för åskådare matlagning. RENDEZVOUS COTTAGE VRBO # 32177 är ett mycket romantiskt ett sovrum ett bad Medelhavet stil villa belägen under poolen i sin egen byggnad. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet är en utomhus täckt skärm veranda omgiven av mogna skärgårdslandskap och havsutsikt. Sovrummet är luftkonditionerade och det finns en tvättstuga centrum i klädkammare. Alla tre lägenheter har följande faciliteter för bekvämligheten av våra gäster: Fullt utrustat kök Tvättstuga centrum med tvål grill Sängkläder, handdukar och tvålar DVD-spelare Dish Satellite TV med alla betalkanaler Solstolar, handdukar, leksaker och kylare gratis WiFi Lokal information , kartor och böcker
    Rendezvous Terrace har delat enhet luftkonditionering i främsta rummet med en 50 platt-TV ", Dish Network med alla betalkanaler, ett öppet kök med allt du behöver för en gourmetmåltid. Det finns en tvättstuga garderob med full storlek frontmatad tvättmaskin och torktumlare, tvål och lakan torktumlare tillhandahålls. Gå direkt ut till den delade poolen däck som har en bubbelpool och en Lanai stil täckt vardagsrum med stora platt-TV

We had a lovely stay and would stay again. Had a few problems with the air units and water pressure was non existent but that wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

Amazing stay at St. John

Really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect being central to everything we wanted to do. Our host James was very accommodating and even meet us at the port to show us to and around the house.

Great location with a beautiful view of Cruz Bay

This property is conveniently located. We were only a few minutes away from the grocery store, restaurants and gift shops. It was perfect for 4 adults. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and watching the sunset every evening. The host quickly responded to any questions or concerns.

James was awesome to pick us up at the Jeep Rental place and guide us to the house, he walked us through the house, asked if we had questions, the house fit all of our needs, kitchen had everything we needed, the pool area was relaxing and a great place to watch the sun set, it was centrally located for us to zip over to the beaches without having to go through Cruz Bay, was our first stay and will not be our last! Highly recommend!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. James, John, and Stacey all provided great communication and hospitality. The location is a short drive from all the beaches. The place was very clean and private for an apartment. Shared pool with a great view, there was never anyone at the pool area while we were there. There were beach chairs and cooler which was nice for the beach. Really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again! Thank you!

Had a great stay at Rendezvous Terrace. Spacious 2br/2bath with great private balcony’s and stunning views. Great location, easy ride to town, beaches and the grocery store. Pool and hot tub are a plus! James is a great host and readily accessible and willing to do anything to make your stay right. Thank you!

Amazing rental

James has everything you need in this rental. He was super responsive to all questions. This rental is well stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels and much more. The view from the hammock is spectacular and the location is amazing. I would absolutely recommend this rental and look forward to coming back here.

The view is amazing so is the house, don’t miss it out. The owner is friendly and readily available. The road around property and parking can seem scary at first but make sure you book more than one day and you’ll get used to it in no time. I wish I had an entire week here.

Great house, great location, LOVE St. John

We stayed in the middle 2BR, 2BA unit on same level as pool and hot tub. Loved the house and James was great. Short drive from town, easy to get pretty much anywhere on the island. The hot tub, pool, and sunset views were awesome after outings all day. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Thanks James!

Perfect House for Family

This was a perfect house for a family. The pool was nice and deep and great for evening swims after a long day at the beach. The house was quiet and had everything you could need. James met us at the car rental place drove us to the house and told us how to park in the driveway. He was responsive to texts and we wouldn't hesitate to book the house again if we were to return. The best part was the sunsets.

Great place!

We traveled to St John with another couple and this location was great! The host was very receptive to my many questions beforehand and was quick to respond to an issue we had. It was clean and ready when we got there. We very much appreciated the coolers, beach chairs, and umbrellas that were there for us to use! I bought a pool noodle to use at the beach and realized when we got back there were several already there!! It was very kind of them to meet us at the car rental to lead us to the house, helped us with getting used to driving on the left side of the road and navigating the curvy and hilly roads. We didn’t use the pool, so can’t comment on that. The views were stunning!

Great home base in St John

We visited over Spring Break with our 9 and 13 year old. The unit is more spacious/nicer than than the photos. The outdoor space is great (if you're wearing bug spray!). There are two other units in the building - one above, and one below, but we rarely saw the other guests. Only once did we end up in the pool area at the same time. The location is 10 minutes from the main part of Cruz Bay and 20ish minutes from the popular beaches in the National Park. Overall St. John is small, so even to Coral Bay is 40 mins. Towels, beach chairs, coolers are all provided and in good shape. Kitchen has good stock of dishes, cookware and utensils. Pretty light on spices. Beds were very comfortable and there's a daybed in the living room that can be used as well. One negative/thing to plan for is the property is right on a steep curve so there was constantly trucks honking on their way up the hill to avoid a collision (and you really have to pay attention when entering/leaving) between the horn and the roosters which are all over St John plan on using a white noise app if you want to sleep in - but its best to get to the beach early if you want a parking spot anyway ;) Overall great experience and one of our favorite rentals yet. The sunset views can't be beat!

Perfect Place for Family

#1 VRBO so far. We have stayed at numerous VRBOs and this was voted as my family’s favorite. Location was perfect and almost a straight shot from Ferry and lacked the intense hills/switchbacks that other rentals had to endure. Road continues (but now with steep incline) to the Windmill for beautiful sunsets. As 1st time visitors, very helpful to have host meet us in Cruz Bay but technically it was super easy that we could have managed if needed too. The grocery store was just minutes away. Set up was perfect for family of 5. One daughter loved the daybed comfort in the cove of the living room. Plenty of closet/dresser space for items during stay. Bathrooms were more spacious then expected. Bedrooms blackout curtains worked great (room by pool had plenty of privacy). I would enjoy the views and stillness of the covered back porch with a book and dinners on the outdoor table every. Kitchen was large and stocked with all things needed to cook. The host responded quickly to any questions that we had about the property. The host had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, and pool noodles to use at the beach. We were sad to leave such a great rental and can’t wait to go back for another visit and stay. If you were going with a larger/extended family/group, it would be perfect to rent all 3 units and enjoy the common pool and hot tub space together. I have already recommended this VRBO to others.

The home itself was great and in excellent location to beaches. Bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite side of each other for privacy. Ample cooking supplies for any kind of meal prep. Grill works great as well. On a side note, there is a well located under floor in front bedroom. At night you can hear the drips. Also I believe there are frogs that somehow get in there and you can hear a loud scream like sound(territory alarm). It took us a few nights to figure out but you do get use to it. The cons we had was that the property manager/owner was not on island during our stay and left communication up to his son. We had issue with rotted out beach umbrella (which is listed as amenity and very much needed on beaches). Issue finally got resolved by owner getting back with us Wednesday (4 days of not having one) for us to purchase one on his account at hardware store. Also a vehicle had rolled down the above hill. Son moved it over to side of our driveway but it left a very tight squeeze for us to back down our driveway (very steep gravel/dirt hill) to get around it. I sent text to son but he never moved it to alternate location on property. Lucky we had a jeep to use here. Pool started turning green during our stay and was fully green by last day. We never used it though. The lack of communication and/or delay of communication was a small inconvenience and luckily nothing major happened. I feel that if owner was there things may have been resolved more swiftly.
