Fish Bay Villa Rental Bilder och beskrivning

Satori är en 2400+ kvm / ft, 2+ nivå villa som byggdes 2009 och innehåller många funktioner som finns i St. Johns bästa villor, till exempel en pool och bubbelpool, centrala a / c, antika tegelplattor i tegel, marmorgolv, franska takpannor, ett pooldäck av korallsten och ett gourmetkök.

Vår villa ligger på halvön som skiljer Fish Bay från Reef Bay, på södra stranden av St John. Satori ligger cirka 60 meter uppför kullen som har utsikt över Fish Bay, mot syd-sydväst med utsikt över Fish Bay och Karibien, milda tropiska vindar och solen hela dagen. Denna lugna plats ger också tillräckligt med avskildhet för diskret "solbränna var som helst" sola. Cruz Bay är en 10 - 15 minuters bilresa på asfalterade vägar, med undantag för ½ mil grusväg i Fish Bay.

Mycket av Reef Bay / Fish Bay-halvön är nationalparken och det är en 5 - 10 minuters vandring från Satori till en lite känd vit sand, nationalparkstranden (Cocolobo), där du troligtvis är de enda människorna på stranden.

Båda sovrummen har sängar i mahogny med 500 sängkläder i trådtråd, mahognimöbler, luftkonditionering, en platt-TV / DVD med satellit- och iPod-klara stereo, takfläktar och ett kaklat badkar och travertindusch. Båda sovrummen har också skärmad skjutdörrar i glas som öppnar mot däck och utsikt mot söder, medan hörnsovrummet har utsikt över poolen och Fish Bay.

20 "x 10" poolen ligger sex steg under sovrummen och är omgiven av en 400 kvadratfot soltäck med korta stenmöbler och sol från morgon till sent på eftermiddagen. En mycket privat badtunna ligger mitt i de tropiska trädgårdarna ovanför poolen. Satori är en fantastisk villa för solälskare, men de täckta däcken låter dig också koppla av ute i skuggan medan du håller ett öga på alla barn i poolen.

På en lugn morgonvandring till Cocolobo Beach för en frukostbad och snorkel, så hittar du dig i turkosa vatten, på en liten karibisk strand, vanligtvis helt ensam. Snorkling kan vara mycket bra och du kan se några större fiskar, men var medveten om strömmen runt Cocolobo Cay.

The home was clean , everything we needed in the kitchen , the pool was centrally located and well maintained. The managers met us to show us how to get to the property and greeted us to make us feel welcome . There are beautiful views from this home , the pool was wonderful and there is a small beach off a path near the home . We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return !

Luciah was very helpful. The bed was amazing and I got a great rest every night. The home is as advertised, very quiet and scenic. It feels like youre staying in the middle of nowhere. The view of fish bay is far, but we could still hear the ocean waves. The birds and lush plant life were serene.

Lovely Villa

Nice location. Short drive from the ferry. We enjoyed the pool and outside seating areas. The amenities were great and there is literally everything that we could imagine readily available. There is also a beach within walking distance. The host was extremely welcoming and gave great tips to get around the island. They even accomodated us during our missed flight home and that is why we will be back in the very near future. We definitely would recommend for families and adult get aways Thank you again for hosting us.

We loved our stay here! The house was exactly as advertised. Our property manager, Luciah, was lovely and attentive, although we didn’t need much because the house had everything we needed. Upon arrival, the house was spotless and the AC had been on in every room so we were nice and cool after a long travel day in hot weather. The AC works everywhere, not just in parts of the house.The location was great, a short drive to downtown. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner almost every day. The pool was a huge hit with all of us but especially our toddler. And the house just had good energy, as it’s decorated with beautiful art that helped us reconnect to our mindfulness practice (if you’re into that).

Nice quiet area. 10 min drive to downtown and close enough to beaches. Sleeps 4 not 6. Pull out couch mattress is old and not usable. TV was broken, though not really needed. Beautiful house and pool. Only 1 swing

Even Better the second time....

We recently chose to return to this place for a second time, and it truly felt like coming home again to paradise. The scenery around the villa is beautiful, there are pink pinapples growing on the property and different wildlife to watch in their natural habitat.The location of the home is great, it is close to shopping but far enough for privacy and space. It is encouraged to have a vehicle but the roads leading there are paved.The villa itself was immaculate and was refreshed re-painted. It’s evident that great care is taken to maintain the property; everything was clean, from the pool to the interiors. Each room feels like a private space with views of the island's natural beauty or the beautifully placed pool.In terms of amenities, the villa is fully equipped with everything you need. From high-quality kitchenware to comfortable sheets, every household item was available and in good condition. We appreciated the attention to detail, having beach towels/chairs, coolers, toys and snorkel gear readily available made our beach days even more enjoyable. The convenience of having all the essentials meant we could just grab what we needed and goSt. John itself never fails to impress we go every year sometimes twice, its beautiful beaches and chill atmosphere keep you coming back. It’s hard not to fall in love with this island.We recommend this place to family and friends.See you soon Luciah, Husband and Satori because we still didnt find the hidden beach !!

They met us to show us how to get to the villa. The place was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of room for our group. Appreciated that beach chairs and snorkel gear were there. We hope to go back and stay again. Cruz Bay and other places about 15/20 minutes away.

The place was beautiful! Amazing views from the pool & 3 decks. We had everything we needed. Our host Luciah & Jay were extremely helpful with everything. You could walk to a private rocky beach from there with really cool big shells. This place was more reasonable than most & could fit our whole family of 6. It was our first time there & we had a wonderful time.

The host was incredibly welcoming and the location is quiet and private. The house was clean when we arrived. The outdoor patio furniture did not have cushions to be able to use the deck and rooftop sitting area. The pool chlorine level was way too high but let’s be real - we weren’t in St John for the pool. If you plan to cook, bring all seasonings you’ll need with you and a lighter for the grill as the starter doesn’t work and the lighter at the house didn’t work. I did let the host know the back two burners on the kitchen gas stove would not light. I’m not sure how easily that is fixed but certainly limits cooking capacity. Honestly, we would go back for the location, but would know to bring more of the basics that we have typically found provided in other VRBO experiences.

Quiet and delightful, with lots of birds.

This house deserves a better rating here on VRBO. We loved our stay, there were lots of birds to watch (we brought binoculars), lizards in trees, deer wandering through etc. The pool was nice and deep, and very refreshing after adventuring. We checked out the trail to Cocolobo, which is full of interesting shells. We also walked from this house to the Petroglyphs! What an adventure. Bring a lunch if you do the same. There were a few small issues with the cooking equipment but the host was very responsive and friendly. As other visitors have noted, there is no longer a hot tub which shows in older versions of this listing. You won't miss it with the pool and ample sunshine.

This was our 4th time visiting St John first time on this side of island. It was probably a 15 minute ride to Cruz bay, very quiet area overlooking a preserve. The highlight of the 3days spent here was the Scarlet Ibis in flight. Unfortunately the thing that attracted us to the property was a hot tub, there is NO hot tub! Not a working one anyway. While the home itself is adorable we found furnishings to be dated and worn, the grill did not work. We did reach out to property manager response was quick but lacking …? We would not stay here again.

Birding from the balcony

This property was perfect for us. There were 2 large master suites and decks everywhere. The decks overlook the bay and a wetlands that was right below the house. We would have coffee in the morning and bird watch in the wetlands. Some of the birds we saw were;Scarlet Ibis, Egret, Heron, White Cheek Ducks, Sandover, Black Neck Stilt and many more.
