“Building and equipment in deep need of maintenance or rebuild. Cement bunker building with gym/pool untouched last 20-30 years. Bathrooms worn and accommodation in general need of refurbishing. Very friendly staff. Breakfast perhaps lower than continental standard. Spacious and good location.”

“The hotel has a beautiful harbor view and an excellent location right on the waterfront. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was consistently good. Breakfast at the Sparo restaurant was excellent. On our first day, due to the Christmas holidays, the restaurant was closed and a continental breakfast was offered instead. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. Very nice location within walking distance to grocery stores and plenty of fast food...
