Drink your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking downtown. When you are not out exploring the beautiful city, enjoy relaxing out back in the hot tub or having a glass of wine in the jetted Jacuzzi. Within walking distance of breweries, restaurants, coffee shops and much more. This space is sure to leave you satisfied!

Checked in at three Cleaner was not there and place had not been cleaned. No mirrors in some of the bedrooms. Not sure why it is listed as a four bedroom when you have to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the fourth one. No dish cloths for washing dishes. Only one pod for the dishwasher. One small pot for cooking and no potato masher. Cleaning lady had our parking pass and she was not there when we arrived. No handrail from the first to second floor. Carpets on the stairs and living room need a good cleaning. Couch needs a good cleaning as well. Both showers were very slow draining.

Gem on the hill

Lovely property! Heat pump on each floor was great. Great layout and clean in an excellent location - close to downtown but no noise! - at the base of signal hill so the walk is easy. Would suggest more mirrors (or at least one full length mirror) and either blinds or black out curtains. Do not expect flexibility with check in/out. We enjoyed the space and would for sure stay there again.

Great location, between downtown and signal hill. Parking pass for parking on the street. Property was very large, with 2 large bathrooms and lots of rooms. You may wish to bring eye masks and ear plugs- there was a lot of light in the top floor bedroom, and there was some street noise. Otherwise the place was fantastic. Owner was prompt and very helpful. Place was clean and well maintained. Amazing views from the top floor/rooftop deck.

Beautiful home, comfortable, lovely set up. HUGE disappointment/ downfall was the hot tub stated in the description was broken before we checked in and we only found out within hours of arriving, (we had flown 8 hours then drove another 4 to arrive to the location) Then upon asking for a partial refund, we were told we could get a full refund but have to find somewhere else to stay. Which is impossible during the dates of our stay with Regatta and George Street festival. Huge letdown, then told it would be fixed by the second day.....then in the second day told it wouldnt be fixed until next week. To bad our stay was only 2 nights, we did not get any hot tub. Kids were upset, we were upset. That part was a bad experience and a turn off. Although being aware it was out of their control, they should have reached out sooner to let us know and accommodated us better with a partial refund. Instead I got offered a free nights stay "DURING THE OFF SEASON" We're not going to fly 8 hours then drove 4 to stay for one night. Thanks but no thanks. Other than that it was good, beautiful home. This location is definitely Recommended **BUT CHECK TO MAKE SURE ALL IS WORKING AHEAD OF TIME** (at least with enough time to find other accomodations)
