Convenient place, near the airport. St. John’s is not a large city so driving anywhere from the house is about a 10 to 15 minute drive at most. A few critiques about the place are: 1/ lots of closet space but there are no dressers or shelves if you want to lay out your clothes. 2/the owner asks that prior to leaving that all towels are placed in the hamper, in the laundry room, and that you load any dishes into the dishwasher and turn the dishwasher on. That’s fine, no problem with that. HOWEVER, he asks that you take off all the bedsheets, as well as taking out the garbage (bathroom and kitchen). I found these last two rather extreme since you’re paying for a cleaning fee!!
