“It’s a beautiful property worth visiting or staying.”

“We had an excellent stay for our 8th Anniversary. The room was beautiful and the service was top-notch. The best part was the guest policy, we were able to invite our friends over without any restrictions or headcounts. It made hosting our gathering completely stress-free. Highly recommend!”

“The whole property was very nice. The room and the bed very comfortable. A reasonable gym and good breakfast. Best part of the stay was the staff. All staff were so friendly and helpful.”

“Very well located hotel, beautiful large room and amazing breakfast.”

“Checking in was difficult. There is very little attractions in the area. The staff were helpful.”

“If you´re going to stay for a couple of days in Rangoon, this is the place. History paired with great hospitality. How about butler service 24 hours per day? Relax by the salt water pool, enjoy food and drinks or hang out at the Sarkies bar. This is not the place to pick if you´re looking for the lowest prices. But if you´re searching for a memorable experience in a town on the rise, I can highly recommend The Strand Yangon. If you´re not staying here, at least go for breakfast or drinks.”

“Personal de recepción es el team más amable de toda Asia. Felicitaciones”

“ヤンゴン宿泊三日間で利用しました。ホテルはフルリフォームされていて、お部屋からエントランスまで素晴らしく綺麗な仕上がりとなっています。1階のレストランも非常においしいです。またフロントのスタッフの方はとても丁寧に細く対応してくれて、非常にサービスレベルの高いホテルでした。”

“It is a nice hotel. The pool is big and lots of chairs. I had a room with access to the lounge and a nice view over the pagoda. The afternoon tea was nothing special but the evening snacks was good. You could easily have that as a simple dinner. I had one meal in the restaurang, the seafood buffet and got food poisoning. I´m sure it was the oysters otherwise it was a good buffet. The hotel is a bit off from everything but it is cheap to take a Grab and go into the city. The service at the...

“We are choose our hotels carefully and we couldn’t have chosen a better one. Great location, lobby and restaurant. À lot of people hanging around creating a great vibe. Very nice food and drinks. The reception helped us orginize a driver taking us around town to all places of interests for only 60 000 kyat. Be careful when tou exchange money, they have two different rates in the country. ”

“Thank you”

“Very friendly, happy and helpful staff. I really felt welcome right away. The mohinga soup for breakfast was very yummy. I wish they had it here in Sweden too! The hotel is not the most modern but very charming and is close to most of the sights in central Yangoon. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Enkelt no-frills hotell nära några bra restauranger (Testa feels för autentisk god mat och genuin upplevelse!)”

“Pretty ordinary. Good location but the hotel and rooms seem to be somewhat run down due to low occupancy. ”

“A very nice hotel in Yangon with a fantastic service (Thank you Trista for assisting me with some business matters!) The hotel is fresh and welcoming, the rooms are large with a very nice bed (I slept really well.) The restaurant was excellent and the food (including breakfast) was delicious. They also have a spa with both steam and regular sauna. Lovely for my aching muscles and body. There is also a swimming pool, but I did not use it. I can highly recommend this place.”

“I had a nice stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful but their English skills need to be improved. The breakfast was nice - a typical 3* hotel standard. The room was clean and spacious. ”
