Detta charmiga hem med tvÄ sovrum Àr vackert inredda och erbjuder mÄnga fantastiska bekvÀmligheter inklusive nya möbler och apparater (spis, diskmaskin, kylskÄp, mikrovÄgsugn, tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare, etc.). Det ligger strax utanför Belt Highway nÀra I-29 och 36 Highway.

Underbar inredning, fullt möblerad och massor av underbara funktioner inklusive Amazon Echos (Alexa) i varje rum, nya möbler och apparater, otroligt bekvÀma sÀngar med nya sÀngklÀder och sÀngklÀder, Netflix, Wifi, sÀkerhetssystem, parkering utanför gatan och sÄ mycket mer !

Baseball weekend

Annual road trip with my son

Very nice place to be!

We enjoyed having a cute and spacious home to come home to each evening! Enjoyed the patio, watching the bunnies and squirrels play while having a beverage. David was so pleasant and easygoing. Really enjoyed all our interactions. Perfect for our visit to the Missouri Star Quilt company!

Everything you need!

This home is very clean and comfortable and communication is EXCELLENT! David quickly responded to our questions and checked on us to ask if there was anything we needed. This is also a great location and we enjoyed the back yard patio in the evenings. ( Be aware there are quite a few steps to enter this home so if that’s an issue I would recommend checking out one of David’s other properties; he is most definitely a super host!) 👍👍

Perfect Location

Our stay at this property was perfect while we visited family in the area. Located right off the beltway with easy access to the highway. Simply the best!

First, David Sandy is the host with the most. If there were an instruction manual on how to be a vrbo host, he would have written it. And given classes. Fun, classy, and if you are lucky--he will show you a magic trick based on his decades as a professional magician. All the important things in this place--very clean; safe and convenient location; all necessities; and alexa for reminders and entertainment. If you have alexa at home and are accustomed to using it regularly, I cannot emphasize enough what a plus this was. Music and reminders. Great layout in home. Lots of nice touches with art and books. And did I say clean! I will stay here next time I am in St. Jo--my hometown.

The best part of my trip!

I was in St. Joe moving my son for college from CA. Suffice to say, just about everything that could go wrong, did, but at least at the end of our very hectic days we had an extremely clean, quiet home to come home to - it made the days’ stresses melt away. David is an amazing host!! He even got involved (when asked) and helped us navigate some of the issues we ran into during our visit - coming from out of state, I asked for his guidance and help and he delivered! Will definitely stay with him again during my many planned visits back to see my son. Thank you, David, your comfy home was the best part of the trip.
