âWe did not receive our drink tickets for the kick back. Everyone was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the bottle fillers and ice being available. I would have like the breakfast to be hotter. Checking in and checking out was a breezeâ
âGreat stay, clean, comfortable, easy to get to. Breakfast was amazing, elevators were very fast, couteous staff. Looking back at the whole stay it went off without a hitchâ
âWe had an amazing stay! Everything was clean at all times. The breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits. And the popcorn and the afternoon kick back is a great concept! Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful, from front desk, to kitchen staff and cleaning staff. The positive energy of Deanna and Unique will stay in my heart for a long time! I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here if I come back to STL. â
âMy stay at TownPlace Hotel was very comfortable. If you are in the area for awhile this hotel is better than an Airbnb. My family and I stayed for an entire week and it was a perfect fit for us. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the essentials that you need, just purchase food to prepare (Walmart is walking distance). When you bring any matter to their attention, they do their best to make you comfortable. They went out of their way to add new options for breakfast. If you do...
âJust stayed one night for a quick business trip but was impressed. Staff was excellent and room was really nice. Looks like they have a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby but didn't have a chance to check it out. I did hit the coffeeshop in the morning and it was really nice. I'll certainly be back next time I need to come to town. â
