The space
Historic 1,600 square foot home, completely renovated from top to bottom in 2015 with all new and modern touches. There is a large open concept family and dining room with ample seating and entertainment place and a large TV. Three bedrooms with designer bedding and thoughtful touches. Each room also includes their own television with cable. The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom. There is a second master bedroom towards the back of the house with a beautiful view of the park-like back yard and ample privacy from the rest of the house. The kitchen includes beautiful 40 inch cabinets, new appliances (gas), and beautiful backsplash and counter top. The house features a main floor washer and dryer for your convenience and a mudroom. The back yard includes a raised deck and concrete patio, as well as plenty of room for the kids to play! Lovely landscaped back yard also includes hammock and 2 patio dining tables with seating for 10+. The house also includes two pack-in-plays, a full floor mattress, a children’s floor mattress, and access to two inflatable mattresses for bedding up to 12+ if needed.
Guest access
You will have the entire home and yard to yourself. There is a parking pad in back reserved for you. There is also no problem with on street parking. We even are able to accommodate moving trucks and guests traveling with trailers.

There is a front and back door. Large yard with six foot privacy fence.
Other things to note
This neighborhood is one of the safest in the city and has a more suburban feel (its actually located on the border of St. Louis City/County)! This street and surrounding neighborhood of Lindenwood Park is home to more city police officers, first responders and employees then any other area in the city (the city as a residency requirement for city employees). You can walk here any time of day or night without concern. We do have two EXTERNAL cameras that are located OUTSIDE THE HOUSE and only focused on the front and back door. These can be turned off by request, prior to your arrival. Otherwise, they are just for your peace of mind and can only be viewed by you the guest from inside (there is no remote access, host CANNOT see the cameras live, they are for your use only).
