You will love the central location of our newly renovated 3bd/1ba Townhome in the Historic Shaw Neighborhood. The place is within a few blocks of beautiful Tower Grove Park, the Missouri Botanical Garden, Sasha’s Wine Bar, Fiddlehead Fern Coffee and more local businesses and restaurants around the neighborhood.

Property was clean with nice furniture, convenient part of town. Really nice place, lovely kitchen, good hosts. Wifi wouldn't connect to my phone after the first day, despite troubleshooting, but it worked on my laptop. Also, I got about 1 minute of hot water per shower before the water went lukewarm. I didn't complain about the water because I kept forgetting about it. The listing showed private parking, but when I booked I was in a hurry and didn't notice it was handicap-only (and even then with a special permit). This property is street parking, but I did not have any issues with that. There is space.

Our stay went seamlessly from check in to check out. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was charming and neat several great restaurants and little shops. We loved Damn Fine Hand Pies nearby. The house felt safe and private.

What a cool place to stay! We really enjoyed the charm of this old house. There are beautiful stained glass windows, fireplace and trim. The kitchen and bathroom are up to date and had all the necessities. Nice location close to Tower Grove Park and the Missouri Botanical Garden.

I was very pleased with our stay. I’m not very familiar with St. Louis and was a little nervous about finding a good neighborhood to stay in. This was a quiet neighborhood with families walking with small children daily. I was very glad we chose this home!

We loved our stay in the shaw neighborhood. This house had the perfect location to walk to breakfast and dinner. We explored the nearby museums during the day. My children played outside the front of the house in the morning while we drank coffee on the front steps. They made friends with the neighbors and played with their kids. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this property! It was an older townhome-style property renovated and updated with modern touches. It was a great mix of old and new, with hardwood floors, built-ins, contemporary decor, and a classic big-city-turned-small neighborhood vibe. We wish we had had more time to stay and explore the tucked-away restaurants and businesses!

This is a walkup unit, which would be good to clarify up front. My partner and I are in good shape but bringing luggage up the narrow stairs would be a challenge for some. Digital entry was a breeze. We loved that the character of the original home is preserved, including dark wood accents, original fireplace, stained glass windows, floors, butler’s pantry, and door hardware. The bath and kitchen have been tastefully modernized. We were in town for a wedding, so getting a family or four (including 2 teen girls) ready with one small bathroom took some coordination, but no more than would be necessary in a hotel room. The beds were comfortable and the bed frames real sturdy wooden furniture, not the “industry standard” cheap metal frames many hosts use. Bath towels were plush and looked new. The primary bedroom is generously sized. The house was rather stuffy on arrival, window units could have been turned on earlier. By morning the house was cool and remained comfortable through the weekend despite temps in the mid-upper 90s. Fantastic walkable residential area - fresh weekend bagels at the corner, daily coffee and breakfast at the next intersection; a couple more blocks to Tower Grove or Sasha’s. Lovely gardening everywhere. Full grocery stores were a 7 minute drive away.

This property was in a great location for all the popular attractions, it was well stocked with needed household supplies, and the property manager was very helpful, even reaching out to make sure our stay was going nicely and if we needed anything.

Charming, clean and good location for our stay. We were able to check in earlier than expected which was great. Communication was superb and check in and out was easy. Very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our one night stay!
